This is my favorite Starbucks. Sean, Randi, Amy and the whole crew are great with the customers.
Baristas are professional and timely. Sean is friendly and took the time to remember my name. Pleasant experience every time.
Love this Starbucks. It's very convenient (especially in winter) and accessible for the folks who work at Steel Tower. Friendly staff and fast service. Ever since the Starbucks in Omni William Penn closed, this has become the go to place for coffee for folks who work in and around this area.
Been here a handful of times and every time, the employees are always very polite and kind, my order gets done relatively quickly and is exactly what I asked for. No complaints whatsoever, great job!

Starbucks downtown (all locations) is always friendly, fast, and fantastic drinks! The location at the Omni is my favorite, and I can't wait for them to open back up!
I come here all the time! It's mostly because I work here and get free drinks, but hey, we've also got a sick escalator ride for the public!
