From out of town and stopped in late. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially for how late it was. The donuts are amazing. Honestly, I'd come back to pitt just to go there again

The best donuts ever! Who doesn't love a made-to-order, melt in your mouth, warm vanilla cake donut with sinfully sweet icing? I'm glad Duck Donuts is in the South Hills and I live in the North Hills because I only get to have these as a treat, otherwise I would be in trouble. 😆

If you are looking for a great donut, I highly recommend stopping here! The staff is always warm, welcoming, and pleasant. donuts are always soft and fresh. The topping combinations are almost unlimited. I have a family of 6 picky eaters, and we are never disappointed. The pictures speak for themselves as far as possibilities because my kids come up with some wild things.

I went there for my son. Didn't know what to expect. But I believe it was the best experience. I ever had going into a donut shop. You place your order they make the donuts right in front of you. And the employees were so nice and friendly. And they were the best donuts i've think i've ever tasted. You really need to go here, You won't regret it.

Everything up to par in a nicely run DD with one exception -very sticky floors thruout the store, including bathrooms. Well-trained staff needs to grab a mop occasionally. Otherwise an excellent outlet.

They were very popular but very quick with orders and it was so cool to watch the machine make them fresh. We couldn’t wait and devoured some in the car. Fresh donuts are on another level, they were the perfect level of crispy on the outside and the inside was so soft. The glazes and toppings are gourmet as well, I want to try it all!

Welcome to cake donuts a million different ways! You choose your toppings, and they make the donuts fresh. This was a delicious experience, and I highly recommend if you're near South Hills Village Mall.

Absolutely love this place!!! You can custom make your Donuts or you can pick from their choices.. they all start with a plain donut then you can add your icing toppings and drizzles anything from bacon to sprinkles and they taste absolutely delicious I actually watch them make my Donuts fresh it was pretty cool I will definitely. Duck Donuts was a really great experience. It's so much fun, especially for the children. They have so many great combinations and choices of flavors. If you are looking for a more traditional donut shop, this is not it. Freshly made and delicious in an over the top kitchyness. Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself!
