I worked at weiner 35 years ago while I was in high school, still the best dog in the world, hot dog still snaps when you bite it, bun still fresh, Chile still delicious. I loved it then and love it now. I actually drive to downtown just to get it.
First time eating here, was in the area. Iconic Pittsburgh eatery. Eating here is like taking a step back in time. Very enjoyable experience and the food was delish! Fries were excellent!
This is a hidden gem and underestimated food place in downtown, please go there and grab lunch when you can! I came here for the first time last week with a colleague. She ordered a hotdog, and I ordered a fish sandwich. Their fish sandwich is HUGE and DELICIOUS. FYI it does take 15 minutes to cook
