First time eating here, and what a treat! I love the cuisine and seek it out when traveling. Maiku is definitely in my all time top five. The foundation of a good pho is the broth and this owner gets it right. SO GOOD! Generous portions and reasonably priced. Got to chat with the owners and they genuinely care about customer service. They are two of the nicest and most friendly people. I'll definitely will be back!!!
Pretty good food. Waited about 10 minutes for a table for 3, minimal seating strongly recommend take out. Very friendly staff.
Wow! Every service business needs to take some lessons from the awesome Lady at the counter. She was so friendly and helpful despite me asking probably too many questions.
The Pho Shrimp and Shrimp Rolls were amazing.
I’m from out of town and I will definitely stay at the same hotel next time I’m in town just so I can visit this place again.

August ‘22: Super fresh and clean. It looks like a husband-wife team and they are very gracious making sure you’re taken care of. I wouldn’t be surprised if they also had a B&B, 😉. Parking can be difficult especially on the weekends but worth it if your like pho. Good beef, lean brisket, soft tendon & clean tripe in my favorite #5. Lots of fresh sprouts, basil, cilantro and jalapeños! O I already want to go back!
PHO-NOMENAL!!!!! I've driven by this place 100 times and never stopped in but we finally decided to go after I had a craving for some Pho and the reviews kept showing this place. Wow am I happy we stopped and I'm slapping myself for not going sooner! The owners were the nicest people ever, I felt like family as soon as I walked in. Great food is one thing but great service is another, and Maiku far exceeded both! I had the spicy pho with spring rolls and my gf had a shrimp and rice dish, we both had their special iced coffee. Everything was so fresh and delicious it totally blew us away. This is one of those hole in the wall places that just do everything right. Weather or not you eat pho on a regular basis or have never tried it before, Maiku is a must go restaurant not only for the food but the friendly experience as well. Can't wait to go back and try more menu items! 5 stars across the board.
First of all, owners are EXTREMELY WONDERFUL! Such nice people! I got the Chicken Pho & broth was on point! If the chicken would have been better quality chicken, this Pho would be 10 out of 10! Chilli Oil is just right, Hot Lava SpicyyYyyyyyy! Just the way I like it. I ordered takeout, close to closing time; not realizing they were closing soon & they were so nice! The food was HOT & FRESH!
Simple unassuming restaurant with seating for ~12. If you're looking for an extremely approachable bowl of pho this is the spot. Expertly spiced, but very mild in terms of sweetness/saltiness which makes it so satisfying. Great banh mi too.
Loved it! This place has some of the best pho I've ever had. They're homemade chili oil is awesome and I definitely recommend the pork meatballs as an app. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming as well.
This is some of the best pho I’ve had at a restaurant. Small and cozy little place, you can tell it’s authentic. The service was quick and they are super friendly. The only complaint was that I wasn’t aware that adding meatballs would be $5 extra, but overall definitely worth it. Whenever I come back to Pittsburgh I want to come back here.
