Sushi Fuku - Pittsburgh - Photo album

The sushi quality was superb, The staff is super friendly and on point, no joke 10 out 10 will go again because of them. The experience. Of walking in off the street is awesome little small if you happen to have more than 6 in a group. Other than that it's super clean and well maintained.
This is one of my favorite places hands down. Is it a bit of a gimmick? Yes. Do I love it? Yes. I always get the build your own burrito because I am a bit of a picky eater so I love being able to customize my order like that. Everything I’ve had has been fresh and high quality. I’m able to get lots
was afraid to eat sushi with raw meat, but glad i gave it a try! this sushi restaurant was a great start to try out the crunchy salmon roll. excellent service and food. will be back to try more sushi and bowls! :)
Great quick stop for poke and sushi near cmu! The fish is fresh, albeit not the most amazing, and depending on the person making your poke, you get either an ok amount of fish or a lot of fish. There is a guy that I really like who works there and when I order 2 servings of salmon usually cuts 6 str
This is a great place if you like to customize your sushi. Having the bowl, burrito, or normal sushi roll style options as well as control over what goes in it are nice if you'd rather just eat your sushi with a spoon rather than chopsticks. Don't expect sit-down restaurant authentic, high-quality s
Very fast service and good quality ingredients
The best in Pittsburgh if you want quick, fresh, chose it and watch them make it customized sushi. Great staff, super friendly, we go here enough where they literally remember exactly what we order. Highly recommended.
Tremendous food and a good quantity. Would be five stars but it's too loud/they're too quiet when communicating. They also automatically alter your bill by 10% as an extra gratuity and it's a laborious process to change it. No idea if this extra gratuity goes to the workers or not. Edit: So the
Had a great lunch here before exploring the Carnegie museums. The Shaka bowl was fresh and delicious and the staff were all efficient and friendly. As my wife and I were leaving the cashier asked how we liked the food and said thank you. Tight quarters and not a lot of seating but most customers too
Only a four on a food today because I kind of rushed it. It is like a make your own sushi on the spot deal. Very good setup. Only request would be to have wasabi more available.
The overall experience was very good. As we arrived we were quickly greeted by a staff member who took our orders and as we sat down another staff member cleaned and sanitized our table. Our food was made fast and right as we ordered. We got two sushi rolls and two bowls, all of our food tasted very
Just ordered from here for the first time and it was INCREDIBLE I usually do my local sushi place right down the road and get 4 rolls for 30 bucks so it didn't bother me the burrito was 30(keep in mind I always add extra stuff to mine so that's why the price was a little steep) it came 10 minutes ag
Customized sushi and bowl. Portion may be a little small, but it's healthy.
I love their sushi so much, will go more often if it was bit cheaper
Absolute gem of a restaurant for an amazing range of sushi dishes. Family of four , we ordered four different kinds of sushi with shitake mushrooms and tofu as base. It is a make your tofu with a wide range of items you can put in your dish. A great place for sushi lovers!
I’ve become addicted to making my own poke bowls. Food is very good and staff is friendly. They hustle too… long lines move fast.
