We visit Cafe Milano's during each of our visits to Pittsburgh. Their Buffalo chicken pizza is wonderful; it comes with chicken and sliced potatoes. They always put the right amount of Chicken on the pizza. The service upstairs is excellent. There is a bar upstairs as well.

Came in town later then expected and found this place that was a short walk from the hotel. We had a large group with a bunch of kids. I think the bartender/waitress was Ashley(?) She was working alone upstairs but had such a great demeanor and was so patient with us. Being a large group it took time for the food to come out but when it did come out, it didn't disappoint. The pizza's were tasty and the pasta dishes were devored. While it may be a while until we're back in Pittsburgh, when we are we'll be back.

chill place with very pretty food, and helpful staff, got an Italian hoagie that was worth every penny, the view out the door is lovely too, and in the city, right near the point, this is a must for anyone staying in the hotels around the area or going to heinz hall or O'Reilly theater, or just biking downtown, as its also right on a bike path!

Favorite downtown pizza place. They are always quick and courteous, even when super busy. Servers are very nice. Best specials.

This pizza was awesome, and we got it at 1 AM after we had been traveling all day. We saved the leftovers and reheated them two days later ans it was still a great pie.

My wife and I were on a eastern American road trip and arrived in late to town. We called and ordered take out from Cafe Milano and the food did not disappoint. Our fettuccine, other pastas and bread were great. The staff was nice and ready with the order on time.We visit Pennsylvania at least once a year so can’t wait to be able to go in sit down and try other dishes.

Stopped in before pirates game, good food, great service we were upstairs and the waiter was very nice and attentive, price wasn't bad. We had a table of 6 I was quite surprised how quickly we got our food. Clean establishment, would definitely visit again.

WOW the seafood pizza was absolutely AMAZING!!! The wings were just good, that's why not 5 stars (and considering it was a takeout order, no utensils or napkins was a negative). Yet, again, the seafood pizza ... let me tell you ... they don't skimp on toppings; the flavor was fantastic, we couldn't stop eating and wanting more.
