Kids love the experience and they do a nice job with setup as far as letting Santa know what the kids want for Christmas, etc. The website for signing up for the event was par, but not great. Food is ok. Seeing the kids faces makes it a decent deal if you are looking.
Waitress was really knowledgeable and informative. Offered and brought over a Gluten free menu (which I didn't even know Hard Rock Cafe had) and made recommendations to accommodate Gluten and Dairy Allergy. Highly recommend to friends and family!

We only stopped in for dessert, my son loves brownie sundaes, and this did not disappoint! It was delicious! And our server was fun and sweet. Smaller than a lot of other Hard Rock Cafes, and pretty loud, but that's to be expected. I love visiting different ones, so glad we stopped in!

The mapping is amazing! Also they really put the term hard rock. I came in to a band. Don't worry if you want peace and quiet because it is kind of sound proof. The food was also so good that I had to get 2 of a long bread pizza! This is one of the best places ever. Highly recommend 10/10.
