Very small portion of gravy and the mashed potatoes were not cooked properly will not be back this is the second time in a row we have gotten food that under cooked

Went through drive thru, first time ever at a Golden Chick. Was impressed. Fried chicken was perfect, chicken was moist but not greasy, rolls are spot on & the mashed potatoes were great. No complaints, will be back!

We used to come here a lot last year and came back today for the first time in a while and it was awful! Catfish was soggy and cold. Chicken sandwich was cold. Corn nuggets.. cold. If you’re wanting a hot, fresh meal don’t come here

We walked in to two employees eating in the dining rm, we waited several mins before what I assume was the mgr who stomped over & took our order. In what world is it ok for 4 employees (kids) to stand around with their backs to us when a customer is standing at the counter?? No respect for customer service whatsoever. As we are turning and walking away they say have a nice day! Brats.

I got a meal. The dirty rice was so mushy. I couldn't eat it. It tasted nasty. The stuff they sprinkled on the chicken needed to be on both sides. They were polite this time. Sometimes they are very rude. Other than that its okay.

I never write bad reviews but after 6 times of not getting items I paid for it’s about time I do. I noticed that you’re charging 29 cents for Zing salt, which is fine, IF you would put it in with my order. The last 6 times I’ve been there, I have asked for it and when I get Home it’s never in my bag
