Subway

I went here with my friend and life partner. There is a decent seating area and the food tastes good. The service was fast and only made one mistake. The main downside was the noise level. To communicate we had to hallway yell. It was during lunch so the amount of talking customers was understandable. Although I would suggest not having the music as loud when there are a lot of customers. Despite this, I will be going back.

Pro: they've never told me they didn't have Italian herbs and cheese (unlike the north store, they're seemingly out every single time I go) Con: entirely too slow. When we got there the parking lot was empty, one car in front of us. We ordered ahead cus the app to save time . Ended up sitting in the drive thru for twenty minutes. Orders were correct, staff were polite, overall great location.

One of the Pittsburg locations. This is more for the employee working rather than the store. They were very busy. Sunday around 7 pm. One seasoned worker and a trainee. The seasoned was very kind. She was kind to the trainee even though she stopped often to help him. She was calm under pressure and did mult orders at one time to keep line moving. She kept sanitation procedures in mind and took time to change gloves often. She thanked everyone for being so patient. Food was fresh and very good. The trainer really needs commended for her hard work and customer service. She was excellent. So hopefully she sees this.

I would never return here.. frist of all they mess up my order went back to get it fixed employees had an attitude...worst part was when I was getting my veggies I noticed a dead fly in the cucumbers!! I told them they threw away all the cucumbers but I Was so gross out I couldn't eat my wrap any more I had to trow it away. 🤢🤮.. man I wonder how many people before i went in there ate those cucumbers.. they should really be more careful with the food keeping it close or inspecting it more often!

Standard Subway location food-wise, good for a quick sandwich and drink - unfortunately it is hit or miss on service. Sometimes you'll get an extremely attentive sandwich expert who's very personable, other times you'll get an uninterested college student or teenager who could care less - or might not even be at the counter. Anyway, not recommended but not the worst.

I can't speak to the food, because I have not had the chance to actually try any at this store recently. I have been in this store twice in the last two months, at around 0750 in the morning. On both occasions I have walked into the store to find NO ONE at or near the front counter to greet customers. The door does not have a bell to alert the workers that a customer has entered the store either. Today when I entered, I thought I saw someone walking to the back as I came in but I am not sure. I stood at the counter for two minutes or so before finally having to shout "HELLO!!" to get someone's attention. As I did that, an employee came around the corner from the back with a tray of bread for the oven. He barely acknowledged my presence, except to growl "I'll be back in a minute" and then went to the back again. I waited for about thirty more seconds, the amount of time it took me to get over my surprise at being treated so brusquely, and left. That is now twice I've left the Subway at 1103 South Broadway hungry. There won't be a third time.

While getting lunch for my husband and daughter your Rude male employee with the headset Friday June 8th around 11 am. At the South broadway location.. Snapped at my 15 year old daughter. Because he couldn't hear her and that he had someone in the drive. When the 2 friendly girl and woman seen my face and seen I was about to explode they start apologize for the way he is. Then said they would help my daughter,but He finished her salad but was still being a jerk while my daughter was holding back tears.. Don't care what age a customer is you don't snap at them because your having a bad day or just because your a asshat.. that will be our final trip to Subway. We will cross the road to Jimmy John's. Never in the 4 years of going to this location have we ever been treated by one of your employees so badly.
