Pizza Hut

I ordered online for pick up. 35-45 min. I waited the 40min. I arrive and cashier stated sorry don’t have a pizza have to start it. The guy in the back just handed him two medium pizzas which I would be ok until I told him. So you are giving me two medium pizzas that have been sitting there and there cold? He had no response but I can put your pizza in. And wait. Worst experience they just gave me two medium pizzas to leave and not even a discount. I just donated $$ to my local pizza because the pizza is in the trash.

I will say that my order was not to my liking and after expressing that I was told there was nothing that could be done for me I will not be back and I wouldn't recommend for anybody. I wasnt happy with my order the last time I went but wrongly decided to give it one more chance for the high price go somewhere else and get better customer service and a better cooked pizza.

Stay away from this location. The manager "Juan L." Was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a large pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and ended up receiving a regular pan crust pizza with some slices hardly having any cheese or pepperoni. When I called to tell them my order was wrong he kept telling me I was wrong and that that's what I had confirmed, he kept speaking over me and kept saying "that's what you ordered". Unbelievable! a total waste of money and time. Why would anyone pay 17$ for a pizza with hardly any cheese or pepperoni.

Wish there was an option to not leave a star: I was so excited about the new location coming to Pittsburg. My family & I patronize Pizza Hut so much, that I was ready to redeem my free pizza tonight; and even added on one of the dinner deals to go along with it. I placed my order online, and with expectations of not receiving a courtesy call ( because rhey never do that) that my pizza was ready, I went in to pick it up. Before I paid, I asked kindly to see my order before hand like I always do, (being that it's pizza and it has different toppings on it) the guy opened both boxes up with his bare hands and they looked pretty good & I was ready to pay. The guy then asks me "So if you didn't see your pizza, you weren't going to pay? You were just going to waste our time?" Being that I'm a frequent customer & just a customer alone, you should want me to check my pizza before I pay or leave to minimize comaints! I said, "Of course I want to see what I'm paying for and if all the toppings are on it." I then asked if he was the manager & he said "yes, I'm the owner and we don't need customers like you. " In conclusion, I walked out with nothing & they lost a very good customer. This is not the first incident that we've had at the location.

Well I ordered on line & I requested deep dish crust. 2 minutes later my phone ranged, it was them letting me know that they don't have the pan for the deep dish, I don't understand that, but ooook, so instead they going to give me a stuff crust, so I can't complain, that stuff crust is more than the deep dish, so its all good... I hope their fast cause I'm hungry.. Lol

Don't get your pizza at this place bad customer service won't honor promotions... there pizza is not worth the head ache of ordering!!! There's a reason there rating is below 4.0 the manager speaks very little english hard to communicate with. I ended up ordering from Chicago Pizza in pittsburg Great prices and customer service !!!
