Great service, great treats!! Love the brookie, snickerdoodles, and chocolate chip cookies! (They have just the right amount of chips for my taste!! )
We are happy to have this place around. Sheila baked up a giant Chocolate chip cookie, and decorated it up with a Happy Birthday message for a co worker, Then she made a dozen more of her yummy chocolate chip cookies so the birthday guy could have the whole giant cookie to himself!! All of this the same day!!
You should stop by when you are in Pismo, or for an after dinner dessert at the local restaurants.
Stopped in to get some ice cream and sweets. Sheila is super friendly and has a ton of info for the area. My husband and I enjoyed talking to her so much we were there over 30 min just talking. The candies and cookies we bought are to die for!! Highly recommend this place!! We will be back next time we come to Pismo!!

Stopped in at this cute shop while on vacation. I didn't have an ice cream but my son did. I on the other hand throughly enjoyed my conversation with Sheila! Great customer service with a very friendly environment! I will make sure to buy a treat for myself next time I'm in the area and surely just to say hi!

My husband and I stopped in after dinner our last night in California.
We were created by such a sweet soul. She visited and asked about us as we drooled at her sweet treats.
She was also so kind as to give my husband two regular peanut butter cups and when he said they were his favorite, she gave us a large one.
All I can say is my husband only got to eat one. The others just disappeared. ;-)
If you are in Pismo Beach, please stop in and at least say hello.
If I lived there I would bake for free for her.
The snickerdoodles are beyond compare! And the name of the shop rings true because Sheila's sweet too

My husband and I walked into Shirley's after smelling fresh baked cookies. We were greeted by Shirley and her husband we talked for a little bit and they are really neat people. We found some pomegranate jelly, bought it and took it home. We went back the next day to get another jar to take home to my mom. She remembered us. We ended up buying a brownie and this cooking brownie with vanilla ice cream... OH MY LORD was that amazing... Thank you Shirley, I will be back next time we are in town ❤️❤️❤️

This was a five star experience!! Not only was the ice cream yummy, but the owner is super sweet! We went in with our two children and ordered ice cream before realizing we had accidentally left our money at our hotel. The owner was so understanding and kind (we were so embarrassed) but she said she is open til 8 and no rush. We sure appreciated her kindness and will be back next time!
We found this place on a drive through the Central Coast and are so happy we did. The owner, Sheila, is amazing and so nice. She offers free samples of her ice cream and MAN are the flavors full of flavor. Her chocolate treats are to die for and NOT from any factory. The hometown feel and homemade flavors resonate throughout the store! You can not go wrong with anything you choose! We have made this a regular stop on our frequent travels up and down the coast. No matter where we eat we make Sheila's our stop for desert and treats to take home!
Such a sweet spot to bring everyone in the family to cure any sweet tooth! The options for ice cream flavors are great! They also provide gluten free flavors which are so good, you don't know the difference. I tried the vanilla gluten free ice cream and it was heaven! And no I am not gluten free....just thought I would give it a try. The cookies make you feel like your back in grandmas kitchen. LOVE THEM! My son got the ice cream brownie cookie sandwich...I turned around to taste it and it was gone so yes this place is definitely a spot to try out if you are visiting or live in town!
Super customer service and great treats! Asked for a gluten free chocolate chip cookie and was surprised when I heard not a lot of them sell since they taste great🍪 The ice cream sandwiches are also great! My bro and fiance loved the mint flavored one 💯
Delicious treats, excellent, friendly service. Couldnt resist the aroma pouring into the street as we passed. I could smell the fresh brownie baking. Went inside, purchased a hot fudge caramel brownie Sunday and a strawberry banana split. Many candies, flavors, textures, and colors to choose
She's open later than most of the other ice cream / treat places and she's friendlier. Unique and classic flavors/ treats ( like raspberry/ merlot ice cream!!!!) amazing peanut butter cups and English toffee...we were very happy we found her shop.
The woman who owns the shop is super friendly and nice. The ice cream by Doc Burnstein's is fantastic. I highly recommend the Motor Oil and the Doc's Java. The fresh baked goods and fudge all look fantastic and very high quality.

Oh my goodness! Ice cream fudge candy cakes cookies brittles. Gingerbread houses, caramel corn, popcorns. On site in this Historic Landmark Hotel building, and online. Lots of public parking right there. Wonderful people. Generous to the community - I was there to pick up donated cookies for a local charity because I knew it would be more fun and lots yummier to pitch in that task than going to buy water! And it was! Thank you Sheila! We all need treats to remind us life is sweet.
Shelia is always super friendly and has great treats. I go in here a few times a week and she never disappoints! Be sure to get a snickerdoodle cookie or a Reese’s cup cookie!
