Nice RV park. Clean spaces. Right next to the beach. Downside was that the beach was literally covered in water bottle tops. I picked up 1000s of them while walking the dogs. Downtown is within walking distance. A bit pricy but not impossible to get a spot on short notice.
The campsites are a little cramped, but we had a spot with grass in the back part of the site. Our kids loved playing in the grass with our dog, and the arcade was great. The heated pool and general store were also great. We didn't eat at the restaurant this time but we plan to do so next time. The
It's a campground village (in a class found at a resort level). Well managed and maintained. Beautiful people- camping on a beautiful beach front property. 400 sites for RV's not tents. Pool, restaurant with beautiful patio area, general store, great 24 hour security, arcade, horseshoes, pickle ball
Great campground but felt a little cramped. 400 spaces. Full hookups. Near the beach. Right next to the town of Pismo beach. Easily walkable/bikeable. Pool. Spa. Laundry. Store. Security, cable tv, very top notch resort.
We ate at the little restaurant there at the park and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Food was ok for breakfast, but we weren't expecting a 5 star restaurant. We dinned outside on the patio, which was a great experience and a very fun waiter.
First time camping. Went for a sister & bro law outing. They brought 1 trailer & had access to full hook up. The sites are in an easy to back in spots. Good size space for 6 adults with a fire pit, picnic table & 1 suburban fit across of front of trailer & small bed GMC fit right next to trainer. W
Ideal location, close to the ocean, close to town, great facility! Easy bike or scooter ride to pier. Will be back ASAP. Try to get close to the beach. Lots a birds around. Super helpful Staff!
Can't say enough great things about this place. We have been staying at PCV since 2016 and have never stopped since. We love how it's so centralized whether we want to take a short walk to the beach or a bike ride to downtown. I love how safe I have felt with my children as they have grown up playin
Can't say enough about this place. So many great memories over the years and still making more memories. I would highly recommend.
R U kitten me right meow? PCV is very well run. Very clean, great amenities, even better location. Add an EBike, and you can conquer the central coast. You got this!
One of our favorite places to stay! They're very accommodating to placing us near the rest of our group when possible. Get in early for holiday weekends!
I have been going here with my family for a few years and I love it more each time the spaces are very open and nice there are parks that are very nice and good quality too the walkability to the beach and pier is awesome!
Resort is well managed and maintained. Cannot beat the location: Right by the beach and walking distant to all the cool restaurants and pier. It does get very busy over the weekend but it did not bother us. The pool area was really nice; convenient general store & nice laundry room. The restaurant h

Excellent location and excellent location. Family loves it here. Been coming here last 5 years. Nice restaurant, pool, arcade and store.
Catch an amazing sunset, play pickleball, ear delicious cinnamon rolls and clam chowder, walk on the beach or walk to town. So much to do within walking distance.
