What an amazing place to enjoy dinner in Pismo Beach. Th atmosphere and scenery is second to none, the food was delicious and truly exceeded our expectations. We had the clam chowder French frys and the fish tacos. Definitely a must try on your next trip to the central coast

Visited on a Wednesday night. Had the mango painkiller and fish tacos. Sat outside. The service was very fast. The music was pleasant, varied and not too loud. Drink and food were both excellent. The tacos were overloaded with coleslaw which I greatly appreciated (I ate one before taking a photo.) My only wish is that they stop using single-use plastic containers.

Great food and drinks on the beach. Highly recommend the margaritas and clam chowder fries. They are so large you will have to share. The watermelon jalapeño margarita was excellent. They are pet friendly, allowing dogs on the patio and they have access to the bar from the patio as well. Great place to cool off from the beach and have a drink! I would go back if I lived in the area.

5/5 ⭐️ Great food, I got the Baja fish tacos and they were absolutely fantastic. The service is more of a self serve, no one really catered to us, but you basically get all your own condiments yourself which they have available at the front counter. There was almost no wait for our food, which we were surprised by given the amount of people there. It was busy, but also serves as a bar. Nonetheless it’s a great atmosphere with beach front views and amazingg food. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect location right next to the beach with beautiful Oceanside views! The food was delicious and fresh! Outdoor dining but have an option of ordering and eating on the beach since it’s only steps away!

During our recent Pismo trip, we decided to stop at Wooly's for a bite to eat, some adult beverages, and to take in the gorgeous views. Wooly's is a hybrid between self-serve and table service dining. The self-serve part consists of visiting the order counter and placing your order. You are assigned a number for your table and a server brings your food to you. After we determined what we wanted to order, my wife found us a nice outdoor table with beautiful views of the Pacific. I placed our orders: she ordered the "Baja Fish Tacos" and I ordered the "Chowder Fries". While we were waiting for our food, I went to the large open bar and ordered two glasses of house Cabernet. What I received were two cans of red wine at $16 each. Normally, that would be a decent price for a good glass of wine. But canned wine is anything but good as we found out. It really was not good. My wife wanted a different drink, so I ordered her a Blue Hawaiian, which consisted of Skyy pineapple vodka, blue curacao, Bacardi, pineapple, and coconut. She said the drink was just ok. We may have been better off ordering draft beer. When our food arrived, we were pleasantly surprised at the large portions. She loved her tacos. My Chowder Fries were really good. My dish consisted of waffle fries in a skillet, topped with clam chowder, cheese, bacon, and green onions. It was a large serving and I couldn't finish it. It is probably a dish best shared with two or more people. So, the views were great, the food was good, and the adult beverages that we ordered were not very good (especially the wine). I would go again just for the views and the food, but would choose another beverage.

I got there on a Sunday night and it was just a bit crowded. The food was perfect. I recommend getting the best fish and chips I've ever had, the nacho plate, and the chicken tenders for the kids. And visit the bar and order a margarita. For parking we got lucky and found a spot on the street but it also seems more parking spots are available in the nearby lot too. Atmosphere was nice, clean, open and it had a good view to the ocean. I would say it's family friendly. Service was outstanding and the food came out blazing fast.

Service and atmosphere are 💯 Clam chowder was good but was hoping for a bit more flavor. They do NOT skimp on the seafood! I had an amazing time here just watching the waves, sitting under covered patio, enjoying my lunch.

Easily one of the best Beach restaurants we've been to. If you go you MUST try the Clam Chowder Fries... You'll thank me later. The food came out quick and the staff was great!

First time ever eating there. Definitely going back. I had the fish and chips with a cup of clam chowder topped with bacon which neither disappointed. I'm definitely having the clam chowder bread bowl next time. And we had a great view of the pier and ocean too

Woolys is always great! We always enjoy eating when we head to Pismo for a outta town trip. I love the clam chowder there. Prices are decent and love the atmosphere. Love sitting on the deck and looking at the ocean. 🌊

Wonderful food, wonderful drinks, and a wonderful view. This place really is the best. During my visit, my friends and I had the sliders, Asian Shrimp Tacos, and the Steamed clams (the meals ranged from $10-17). All the dishes were delicious! The service was fantastic and the game on the tv kept everything lively. If you are stopping by pismo with a hunger for seafood, Wooly’s is the place to go!

Delicious fish tacos and clam chowder! Visiting from New England and this clam chowder is on par with soups that I've had in New England. Nice beachside atmosphere that allows dogs on the premises as well! Staff is quick to clean and clear tables of empty plates. Not too busy on a Thursday evening at sunset in April!

Amazing food and great ambience overlooking the beautiful Pismo Beach Pier! The food is just yum and and it’s a must stop at Pismo. Their Seafood is best - Fish and Chips and Shrimp Tacos are delicious. Always. This place is always packed and the service is swift without compromising the taste as well. There’s a bar and the drinks are bomb. There is plenty of parking around by the pier, but, on busy days it kinda gets crowded.

Fun cafe/bar environment with a great view of the Pismo Beach, the ocean and pier! Friendly staff, good variety of cocktails, wine and cold beer selections. We usually stop here when we are in town. Our favorite meal choices are their awesome fries and tasty fish tacos, that come in generous sized portions!
