Quick service in a neighborhood diner setting. Service is quick and responsive. Servers are friendly in the context of the US Northeast (that is to say, if you’re looking for something like Southern hospitality, you’ll be disappointed. But this is a great place for local flair.

Somethings just don't change. The older man working as cashier did not even say "thank you" when I paid my bill. He said "thank you" to the lady in front of me when she paid her bill. Very polite waitress. Very professional. When I come to Piscataway for business, I usually stop here.....I

We will never be visiting this place again. Ambiance is good but the food is bland, teas were not so great. Their syrup on pancakes was a nightmare which led to my headache and had to look for something quick to fix myself.

Took my Mom out to breakfast. Nice waitress. Friendly atmosphere. Good food. Although I am not a breakfast lover I took leftovers home to my husband.

Fountainbleau provides a good NJ Diner experience. They have very good coffee. Usually good service, generous portions and reasonable pricing.
