Lange's Cafe - Pipestone - Photo album

The restaurant is a small-town feel type restaurant. The staff definitely know the regulars. The night I went it seemed like the staff was a little stressed, but they were still very kind and courteous. I definitely want to go there again. The food portions were very generous.
So-so experience here, staff was very friendly and obviously cared about us and us having a good experience. But very long waits.. over an hour before we got our food.. food itself was ok, pretty basic diner fare. Oatmeal was bland, waffle was ok (appreciated that they remade it before they even bro
Loved this diner! Best coleslaw I've ever had and then it got better from there. I wasn't brave enough to try something from the bakery but it all looked delicious.
Roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes was fork tender. Home town atmosphere. Friendly service. Nice people.
Food is very good, wait staff is hit or miss. Two visits in a row I had a brand new waitress each time and neither one knew anything. They make fantastic bakery products. Best donuts in town !
Hot beef entree special for I think under 10 or 11 dollars (lunch time) and the chili and finished with sour cream raisin pie. Heaven. Perfect before exploring Pipestone NM. Which is also as heavenly.
Have eaten at Lange’s for 20 years. Excellent food. Tastes like food my mom would make from raisin cream pie to yummy caramel rolls. Their meats are high quality and quantity. Eggs are always prepared as ordered. I drive out of my way to be able to eat at Lange’s!
Waitress didn't seem pleased when we arrived an hour before closing. Food was not good, french fries were burnt and oily tasting, kinda like stale chips. Daughters sandwich was supposed to be hot but half of it was cold. Mashed potatoes had a bad flavor and my mom never got the large glass of water
