Wendy's

Usually fast and efficient which is the positive. Multiple times in the past month I've come here for a chocolate frosty (y'know, the staple of Wendy's) and they've been out every time, even as early as 7pm & 9pm Get ya damn frosty machines in order, the people demand it 6/18/22 Update - Negatives: They’re out of chocolate frostys at 4pm, small cups and majority of drinks. Positives: I asked for a little extra salt and got 26 packs

This is the basic Florida customer service that is so prevalent here. These people have no concept of customer service. Of course you have to wonder if the owner approves?? Obviously I took my business elsewhere as did other people who TRIED to enter this lowly establishment,,but they are closed to walk-in customers. I tried even going through the drive-thru,,but was given the basic Shenaynay and Letwana service where they give u the nasty ghetto attitude when you ask any questions with regards to their menu. Moral of the story: if you want ghetto service,,,check this place out.

I decided to try their breakfast biscuits and I have to say, I am quite disappointed. The sausage one was good but the bacon is sad. They literally take 1 slice of bacon and rip it in half, then call it a sandwich. Luckily they were on sale but not even worth the dollar. Sad news is, that the owner of this location won't even take the time to look at the reviews of his customers to better his business. For the poor food and bad ownership, I give 1 star.

Worst staff I have ever encountered! Food is great, but the girls that worked the shift of 6/12/22 between 7.30 and 11 pm...attitude beyond believe, and I was only picking up uber eats orders...twice... both times same attitude..plus second time around valitaded how I felt the first time watching the customers argue with the staff....I guess the manager was off...all I can say is...girls we are all in the same boat and if you don't like it go work somewhere else...

I found it very very unprofessional the fact that the sign outside the window says the dinning in opens at 9:00am and the doors are still closed 9:30am. Im stuck without a car so i cant go to the drive through, with the fact that i dropped off my car at the nearest Toyota for service. I waited for 30 minutes and just walked off across the street to "Burger King"... didn't expect this from Wendy's, (very disappointed).
