On a Friday evening, around 9 pm, I ordered a Spicy Italian and an Oven Roasted Turkey for my beau; 90 minutes within eating half of my Spicy Italian, I was feeling nauseous, getting a migraine and throwing up, violently, several times. The next day I woke feeling like I had a hangover and with diarrhea. Honestly, I thought it was the fatty meats I chose, but then my boyfriend was now experiencing the same!! I’m not sure what it was; were the meats laying out too long or was it the employee making the sandwiches, touching too many surfaces with the same gloves. I tried calling to speak to a manager to prevent this from happening to anyone else, but the phone rings and rings and then disconnects, hence this comment. Today is Monday and I’m still sick…..needless to say, I’m boycotting Subway at Pinecrest, will go to Publix from now on.

The new management has to do better with staffing. Manager should be here working doing busy hours especially during lunch time.

Placed an order online for pickup at 9:00 pm. Says it’ll be ready at 9:15. I show up at 9:30 pm and it’s empty. I have to knock on the register counter for employee to show up. I tell him I placed an order and he gives me an “oh” and grabs my ticket from the counter top and then starts making it. About the 100th time I’ve shown up to this subways and always they take forever and are never at the register.

Did not honor the Buy 2 Foot-longs Get 1 Free as advertised on a giant sign inside the store, had to pay for all 3. Disappointed and will not be returning, take your business elsewhere to an honest franchise that will honor their own advertising in store.

All the guys during lunch time are really nice and Wearing Mask. But, The Hispanic lady that sometimes works the lunch time is so Rude. Wears a mask when she wants. And, looks at her cell phone before charging me out. I tip everyone. But, I refuse to tip her. And, I will longer be going to this subway. Because, I can't believe the Manager doesn't tell her Anything.

I always order the Veggie Delight. And it seems no matter which Subway I visit, they tend to skimp on the veggies; perhaps, because most orders involve some sort of meat. I guess. Aside from that, the store was exceptionally clean, the staff was extremely courteous, and I will most likely visit again.

We just had a great experience at this Subway provided by Malik. Malik immediately greeted us when we walked which made us feel welcomed. While building our subs, he made pleasant jokes and made it a joyful experience. Thank you for going above and beyond for our order, Malik!

Insanely rediculous..... I walked in with maybe 4 or 5 people in front of me and waited about 30 minutes for my food.... Needs serious help!
