Review La Lena Mexican Restaurant - Pine Mountain Club

Food was pretty good. Not amazing but very satisfying after a morning of snowball fights and sledding. Appreciated that staff were following covid protocol and patrons were masked up.

Decent Mexican food. The staff is super friendly, and the prices are fair. And the food is tasty - but at times the carne asada can be a little tough or chewy. Not sure if a new meat vendor would change this. But it’s a nice little restaurant that maintains a cozy atmosphere in Pine Mountain Club.

This review is solely due to one meal, but that meal- a breakfast burrito with a side of baked tortilla chips- was juicy, fresh, satisfying, and delectable. The bacon and eggs were cooked to perfection and the salsa worked whether you drizzled it on top of your next bite or dipped a chip in it.

Good menu choices. Outstanding location, service is friendly and prompt. Great place to return to with friends.

This little restaurant is family owned and operated. Don't expect a wonderful ambiance, but it's clean and tidy. The authentic Mexican food is great. Plus, they're open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the week.
