We stopped two hours before close. It took a long time for someone to take our order. There were no lids for our drink cups, nothing to put ketchup in, and no napkins. We got our food and had to search for a clean table. There were only two other people in the store. The French fries were cold and greasy. The hamburgers were under-cooked. When I went up to the counter to ask for napkins, I had to wait almost 5 minutes for the person on counter to finish texting on her phone. The restrooms were also very dirty.

In somerset ky depends on which McDonald's u go to. North end is great. Way better service and food. South McDonald's, shew. Always mess up my order.

This location has done well on improvement on speedy service. But lately service has gotten very slow. Long drive through wait and the lines inside is shorter but don't let that fool you drive through is much faster. Fingers crossed they go back to being speedy again.

Sat at drive thru while the other side took 3 vehicles before me and I had to say hello before the person even recognized to tell me to hold on. Very poor service. I've worked drive thru before and we were required to at least recognize a customer and if need be tell them we'd be with them in a moment. Never did I ignore a customer.

Woman was absolutely hateful and rude through drive through. Decided not to eat here because if service is that bad before even cooking the food. Dont want to even try it

The woman at the register was very rude and they said they was short staffed but the people I seen was laughing and just seating and talking they was not working the girl at the Regis was too busy ring up stuff for herself and didn’t worry about the customer

Wasn't bad the wait is only thing that they could work on is speeding up work to get the traffic down the line was all around the building

Very nice; nice design/decor, well kept, fairly clean... But the men’s restroom was not! I went to wash my hands and there were hair shavings & tobacco EVERYWHERE, and the water never came on. I tried everything. So imagine how many employees DON’T wash their hands! Would have been 4 stars, maybe 5. But health comes first!
