Everything was going alright. Just bought two beers as my pals were eating dinner.
For some reason, the waiter ask for my ticket (no one else's) and acts like I have stolen a beer somehow?
They kept track of everything before the ticket was ever even given. I also, didn't order anything else afterwards. All my friends (and their wives) thought the situation was very weird. Made everyone extremely uncomfortable.
Everything was paid without incident.
Plus, the manager acted like we were ALL CRAZY... Saying that the server was new, but all my friends are locals and know the guy IS NOT a new guy.
We will not be coming back to the location because of this incident.

It is supposed to the sante fe with a chicken breast with vegetables and cheese sauce. Instead this is what I got. $14.00 for nothing.I took it back and they did remake it. They looked at me like I did something wrong Nevertheless they were pleasant. Much better

I have never had my food messed up and it's always on time and the workers are super nice and they don't acgervate you only when you need them. Best place in the valley to eat.

Weird location, weird vibes, somewhat significant (and fishy) language “barrier” with our server, steak was noticeably bland, and to top it off, they were inexplicably unable to serve alcohol until 2:30pm albeit on a Sunday- still I looked everywhere online for some legislation or anything to substantiate this seemingly random claim, but to no avail and when asked for clarification they seemed to be confused…
No alcohol at a Mexican place and charged for chips and salsa? Disappointing

I had to encourage them to do something special for my girlfriend's birthday in 6 days because it wasn't today. Almost downgraded them to 4* because they charged for the dessert but food was delicious and reasonably priced.

This is by far this is by far the best Mexican Cuisine in Pikeville actually no I could say in all of Pike county! They're appetizers are awesome and their customer service is very clearly set to a high standard because every every employee treated as like we were family
