Mcdonald's

I always go to this mcdonald's and I'm disappointed for the simplest mistakes. I didn't receive my fries on the happy meal, there was no buns on my big Mac, and instead of getting my nuggets on buy one get one for 0.29¢ they gave me two double cheeseburger. This could easily be avoid if the guy was doing his job correctly and paying attention.

I go early to get my family coffee, i do not get anything to eat nor drink for myself. I go early enough so there are very few cars and customers. This place constantly make mistakes, the person that usually gets my order right went to another fast food chain. One time they gave me a bag of full of sugar and the receipt says splenda, my family members are diabetic. They are tight with stirrers, only giving one when i have multiple cups. This time I’m complaining because they gave me the wrong order, it was so dark out that i didn’t realize it until I reached my residence. Your employee wasted my time, but worse, wasted my gas. Gas is so expensive nowadays and these people cant get simple cups of coffee right.

Well where do I start this city first of all is very unsafe I do not recommend even going to pico Rivera , second the employee in the drive thru was very unprofessional she looked like she was intoxicated her eyes were half open she handed my family an ice cream and said “Did you get anything else” like isn’t she suppose to know? I would never come to this McDonald’s ever I’d rather drive 10 hours to another one VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Tell me whyyyyy whenever I use my rewards on my McDonald’s app to receive my FREE happy meal at this location they charge me for the drink !! And every other location I’ve been to and used my rewards points it’s completely FREEE!!! Why do they do this ? Charge me for the milkshake with the happy meal !?!? Then up charged me and then charged me for the chocolate milk which was supposed to be with the happy meal !???? Make it make sense ?!? At this point I feel like I’m being SCAMMED and ROBBED at this location. McDonald’s please answer me this in detail as to WHY !!!

I constantly stop here to pick up food and it’s so frustrating that almost every time they mess my order up. I was just in about 20 mins ago to pick up lunch for my son and they messed the order up, again. And i have been trying to call to speak to manager and of course no answer. FYI this is also not the first time i complain, i have done so one other time and have kept the rest of the mistakes made by your workers to myself but like come on guys. There’s one job you’re doing, you’re not loosing time if you double check the orders

I know stores change their hours due to the pandemic, but what is the point of customer ordering online, only to wait in line at the drive thru for an additional 10-15 mins to pickup the order at 8:45pm. I understand if it was at midnight, but closing the dine in doors and cube side pickup before 9pm is crazy.
