Pizza Hut

Order was taken and then was called back and told order could not be filled. This problem occurs with the call center taking orders for this store. Upon getting the call back from the store manager at the time she was very rude saying that the call center lied and should not have taken the order. Also I was not greeted upon entering to pick up pizza for 5 minutes.

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite. Until tonight! Ordered a large 3 topping with light sauce, simple, right? No. It looked great and was cooked completely but when I bit into it what I got was NOT pizza sauce. It tasted like honey! I sincerely hope this is not a new sauce! We've had mistakes on our pizzas before but at least they were edible.

We order from here about once a week and are always happy with the order. Hot and fresh as advertised. Sometimes the driver has trouble finding the right door but usually not a problem. We get good coupons and specials since we signed up online and got the ordering app. Makes reordering the same thing very easy.

I read the reviews after I placed my order. I was nervous after seeing all the bad reviews. The order tracker never worked and they didn't pick up when we called. Then 10mins before the promised delivery time, knock knock. We ordered the big box and a order of brownies. Everything was hot and correct! Delivery driver was very nice and polite. Thank you

I placed my order last night , my bread sticks was cold my pizza didn't even have hardly any chicken on it at ALL! On all of the corners their was no meat no cheese no sause, seems as if they just slapped a little in the middle and sent it own it's way ! My driver was extremely nice and got a very well TIP! It's 8:40 the next day and I can't get anyone on the phone and Keep getting hungup on after being transferred to the store from the call center that's having to take orders for the store !!!! Not happy with my experience at ALL!!!

Horrible, horrible customer service. Waited 2 hours for pizza, finally called and they said they never got the order. So I drove down to the store to show them my email confirmation, and a very young, millennial snowflake girl calling herself the "manager" named Taylor A. told me they decided to cancel the order because of some address issue, we've been ordering from them for years, so there shouldn't have been any issue. So she lied to me on the phone for starters. Then she refused to take the order from me at the counter and went a step further by saying they would never deliver to my address again! I guess she thinks the world revolves around her. This bimbo has no right to call herself a manager or to even have a job in my opinion. Don't worry sweetheart, I'll NEVER give Pizza Hut in Pickens another cent of my money. You Failed Taylor!

I ordered nearly $40 worth of food last nite& it was promised to be delivered by 10:36 pm& at 11:00 pm I used the "Track Your Pizza" link & it said they had received my on-line order then it went to they were making my order. Well needless to say I never got my food. Now here I am at home without any thing to cook, hungry family, no way to leave my residents& too late to call another delivery.

This is the nastiest store ive ever been in.first time ive ever been in there and the last. I am a certified chef and safe serve management certified before begin my horrific story.Ordered the new cheese crust with pepperoni, onions, hamburger,olives, extra cheese. No extra cheese, no pepperoni, and cold. The MANAGER a kid says 30 min to get another one. I said never mind and left. Called my husband and he said go back that $23 was to much for a $5 pizza. So i go back she touched everything including the keyboard at the register and went back not washing hands or no gloves and started slinging stuff around and remaking another pizza. I asked was she not going to even wash her hands? She came running up there telling me to never come back and only gave me part of my money back. They owe me $3 and an apology. They don't have to worry about me coming back. It was my first and last time ever in that nasty store. Im calling the health safety board on that nasty place. Everything in there including hand washing practices of the MANAGER WAS FILTHY!!!!
