As always, this RESTAURANT is tasteful , efficient and friendly...they have many things to choose from...their specialty is Chicken Fingers!!! They have salads aka zalads that are great you have choice of grilled or fried chicken salads... chicken sandwiches, wings and things ... they are known for their sauces from wimpy to torch in flavor... fried pickles , fried cheese curds or a 20 piece for larger families... they offer curbside, door dash, online ordering and dine in as well... sweet tea, to Coke Products of all sorts ... May your time here be as tasteful as our Cobb Fried chicken Zalad was ...The SmithClan

The customer service at this location is seriously lacking. I drove through for my order. The girl who took my order didn't greet me, just asked what I wanted. She sounded bored when she gave me my total. When I got up to the window, the girl taking drive through orders was leaning on the counter, apparently playing on her phone. The girl who came to the window didn't greet me, just told me the total and held her hand out for my card. When she gave me my order, she didn't say anything, just handed it out the window. I will not go to any business that can't greet employees, thank them and wish them a nice day. I will not be returning to this location.

Went to this location Saturday night around 8 on 4/2/2022. Food was completely cold. It like it been sitting out for a while. We visit here a lot it’s like a gamble if u get food hot warm or just plan cold. Something seriously needs to be done about the staff and management. We spent over 30 bucks every time we come. It’s goin to be a while if ever before we come back

0 stars please. Do yourself a favor and drive 20 mins to the other location. We have given chance after chance at this location and it just got thrown out the window. We have reached out to the company and still never got a reply back about past incidents and issues. This place is 100% better closed down. I could go into details but it's not even worth stating again.

DO NOT GO HERE! The most GOD AWEFUL place I’ve EVER tried to feed my family! Paid $65 tonight for 6 meals. The sandwich was literally…and I am far from exaggerating, was LITERALLY like cardboard. The chicken was so dry it was like a hockey puck and I tried to bend the bread and it literally broke in half like a brick! I ordered a club and there was NOTHING on it. Chicken and bread! Every French fry was inedible in all 6 meals, we were missing a drink all together. The chicken fingers had to have been sitting out since lunch and it was after 9 when we ordered! Every single bit of the $65 went right in the garbage! Tried to call the store, it says “this number has a voice mail that has not been set up yet”. Called the Easley store to get corporate number, pickens zaxbys is a franchise so no number. One of the cooks happened to be a past pickens employee and said they get calls every day about pickens and that they take the phone off the hook because they are “sick of answering complaints! What is this place?!?!?! It needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!! I will be disputing it with my bank!

How do you mess up chicken orders it's the simplest food it's just chicken give or take sauce. Take the great 8 meal away unless you order on the app... this is the only location that does this, get home and my 10 piece has 8 in it and I payed for 10. They never season the season fries and they give you half empty boxes of fries. Other times they forget utensils, ask for ketchup you're defently not getting any. It's seriously only chicken

I love this place the food is great love the fries but they have been slack on the dips I always order more and am always fine to pay the extra for them I always want extra for everyone so I buy enough but when you get home and you don't even have the one it's supposed to come with time after time after time it starts to get old so someone really needs to make sure people are getting what they are paying for
