Mcdonald's

The reason for 3 stars is because this location is really, "hit and miss" when they are good, they are good! and when bad, REALLY BAD! The visit prior to this one was SO BAD, had to throw all the food away, it was ALL undercooked; down to the nuggets being cold in the center. However, fast forward 2 months (it took that long to go back because I was grossed out) It was GREAT! So was the next visit (twice in a week). Tried again late night at about 11:45pm, OH MY, tried to use a coupon from the app and was charged double, they couldn't figure out how to fix the coupon; after 13 minutes, we left and went to Wendy's. I hope y'all can achieve some consistency eventually (good consistency). I like the occasional McDonald's Splurge. ;)

Visited due to interstate sign and after I got off it was 1.1 miles to it. Lack of good signage as to where to enter and work being done on the road. Food was as expected but not driver friendly due to excessive amounts of mustard on the wrapper. I am not talking a few specks. Hamburger patties were warm but not hot. Staff were professional and even thanked me which seems unusual any more..

Always forget something you ordered, fries are NEVER FULL and ALWAYS COLD. Unless you are ordering breakfast, it's the only time they get it right. If you go for late night expect your order to be screwed up EVERYTIME. Last time I waited 30 minutes for a 20 PC nugget 3 large fries, 4 hot n spicy's and a large coke. Before I pulled to the side to wait I asked the employee to please ensure that the fries were filled up. What I got was a 10 PC, a 6 PC, 3 medium fries (because the larges weren't full), 3 hot n spicy's and another with cheese (gross) and a large coke. Had to go back through for the rest of the nuggets. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
