These onion rings must’ve been old they were so hard when you squeeze them they crumbled like bacon would crumble when is fried crispy crispy. I ordered a sandwich and I said no mustard no pickles guess what I got I got mustard and pickles and then we sat there for a good 10 minutes waiting for them to get the order at the drive-through it was the worst service I’ve ever had at this restaurant in Picayune an it’s not the first time I’ve gotten bad onion rings they give you the old hard ones instead of making fresh and when they’re not fresh they’re no good I would not eat at this restaurant again

I would give it less if I could!! Everyone is so rude especially the managers.... you cannot order through the drive thru bc of all of the cutting up and screaming and yelling...im very disappointed and disgusted...they didn't even give out sauce and forgot my melt chicken burger WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONET

I was told to hold on and they would take my order. After waiting 10 minutes the cashier comes in and says let me go wash my hands and walks off. The manager then comes and tells me after a 15 minute wait that the lobby is closed and I would have to go through drive thru. Could they have not said this when I walked through the door into the lobby? Could they not have a sign on the door stating that the lobby is closed? Could they have not locked the door.
