Taco Bell

I spent 18.00 on 3 items and was extremely disappointed and upset. Ordered 2 of the new double steak burritos and received what looked like old food. MANAGER claimed items were made fresh, and I know typically that statement is true, I. used to be an employee of Taco Bell so I know.. However in this case I am not so sure. I didn't even get past the visual to even bite into it, they went into the trash. A multi billion dollar company and this the food they putting out the window. WoW.

The picayune store needs to wear hair nets. I was so happy to get a Mexican Pizza until I started seeing a black hair in it. When I lifted it up there were 3 more hairs under the pizza. It made me I’ll to see that. Also, this store seems to not pay attention to orders as I have never gotten my order correctly. Corporate needs to talk to them.

Went to get food because I had to work late and pulled up just before 11:00 at night and the workers left the restaurant, said they were closed, but couldn’t provide the two other cars in line for the drive thru or myself why. The hours are posted they close at 2am. Not happy that we weren’t given a reason for the early closure. Haven’t gotten their food in a while because the line is always long but I thought tonight was my lucky night, 3 cars. Nope

4 stars because of how long it took. 1 car, 1 truck in front of me. They had already ordered and where at the window when I passed on the road. I am a patient person.... After waiting several minutes at the drive up screen, someone finally said, Can I take your order? Oh, I'm sorry hold on. 9 min. later, my order was taken. Another 5 minutes waiting for the poor guy in the truck to get his order. I love Taco Bell, but this is why I do not go. I can't get through the drive thru without an extensive wait, my whole lunch break, waiting for my lunch. The guy at the window was very pleasant.
