Cashier was rude, not enough workers but very little customers as well. A lot of homeless people hanging out, but the food taste great, was appealing by appearance and clean on the inside.custoner service with the female worker made it look bad.

I am specifically shouting out to the thanksgiving team at Jack in the box #145 in Phoenix Arizona. It was a pleasant experience all around for a holiday. The staff was courteous and prompt, and hands down it was the best cooked fast food I’ve had in years. The order was right the burger was perfect and juice, soft buns , done to perfection. It was truly a treat for such a busy holiday. I don’t ever recommend fast food joints, but after this experience I’ll have to rethink that. Shout out to the crew, they’re doing something right.

Was doing Uber Eats deliveries over the weekend and it was super busy here when I came to pick up. Manager and team was working very hard to take care of all customer issues and manager was polite to his employees.

My buddy and I were out late and decided to grab a shake from Jack in the box. the Shakes were good and so was the service. The guy at the cashier was funny and we all had a good laugh.

Wanted to give a shout out to Lily. Drove thru last night and she was so good at her job. She was on point and working hard to expedite orders as quickly as possible. It was spotless in there from what we could see thru the big drive thru windows too. Just an overall awesome experience largely due to Lily. Thank you kiddo.

I went to Jack in The box because I have limited funds. I happen to have a coupon in my pocket because I gave them a review. It was for a buy one get one Jumbo Jack. The team member took my order & she gave me one less than she should have. The cook came around and I showed him that I only got one jumbo Jack when I was supposed to get two. He took care of it right away & gave me another fresh hot Jumbo Jack. I appreciated the attention that they gave me. I appreciated the delicious food. Also ordered some of their yummy deep fried tacos.

Got a new Alaskan fish sandwich meal for $4 and some change.... And it was GOOD!!! Fast service and restaurant is brand new so it's still a nice place to eat at. Seriously they got they're stuff together here except for the tacos..... Tacos at Jack are the ish but these ones seem to lack 🍖!! Just a lettuce, cheese taco! Fix this and you guys are winning! Thx
