Súper limpio y atienden súper bien good ★y me encanta benir a McDonal's
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by an employee with a smile on her face and a very kind greeting, and then the manager took care of my order. The manager, I do not know her name but she was very professional and kind and she seemed to have a solid grip on everything that was going on at this establishment, she is the reason I am writing this review. I don't say this very often or even at all when it comes to a fast food restaurant but I will say it now, kudos to all of you who work and run this McDonald's restaurant just off of cave Creek Rd and bell Rd in north Phoenix, AZ keep up the amazing and awesome work that you do in order to keep them coming in for more.
They ordered four apple pies they only brought me two of them. I told them they owed me two more. They came back with one and said they didn't have anymore. I said then you owe me some money back. The guy said we don't give money back on mobile orders. I said then I guess i'm calling the corporate office. And I did.
Used to live across the street and out of every morning breakfast trip or late night stop they've always been consistently reliable within hrs of operation. They've only ever missed a hashbrown. Definitely hit the spot today for me and my gf. The manager who took our order made fast and convenient and we had a comfortable experience for it.
I ordered a double patty fish sandwich only. It’s cooked to perfection! The bun was soft and hot. The fish was freshly made hot and juicy. Requested easy on the spread and they complied.
A guy was personally standing and taking orders in drive through line, just for better service, Speaker box was not broken. Both he and the order pick up guy, were fun, charming, engaging and very efficient. Best service I have ever encountered at any McDonald's.
I was impressed with the cleanliness and good service. My daughter played in the plyland for almost 3 hours
They are keeping up with the times. The entrance is a sliding glass door that make this place Wheelchair friendly.
Went through the drive thru not to friendly but I had 3 separate orders.
I went through the drive-thru just after 9 on a Saturday morning and there was a person running the show, taking orders, much like Chick-Fil-A. It worked really well so no complaints, but it did surprise me. Service was good, if a bit neutral as far as friendliness goes -- but Saturday mornings, I get it -- and I had no issues with my order.

We took our little twins here as a treat after the doctor's office. And the playground has a sign that states no playing. Well, the staff didn't mind so we let them run around for a few minutes. I thought it was really sweet that they didn't say anything about it. I also had issues with using a reward on my phone while ordering at the Kiosk. The staff was eager to help and very friendly. This is definitely one of my fave Mickey Ds.
