Jack In The Box

Food here is always fresh and the place is consistently clean. Still just as nice as it was back when it opened in 2017(?). Shout-out to Kevion. I'm sure the others there are just as great, but Kevion is always friendly and he always knows what I want before I place my order (mind you, I usually only go once a week).

Probably one of the best locations. Drive thru line is efficient, Burgers are put together well, no sloppiness, and taste great. Burger in photo is an ultimate bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and pickles. Tasted excellent. App is also great with its offers and ease of use. 10/10.

(Original post and update below) Service was mediocre. Walked in just before 2 PM and two employees who were making food looked at me but neither acknowledged me or let me know someone would be right with me. It was almost a minute before the manager (grey shirt guy) saw me and came and took my order. I had been craving tacos since I had excellent ones in California yesterday. Got the taco meal with two extra tacos. The food was just mediocre as well. Tacos were kind of bland. Fries were hot but didn’t taste real good. I guess yesterday’s meal was a fluke. I guess it’s good, won’t be inclined to come in all the time for tacos! UPDATE 5/10/23 - Due to the owner responding to my review, I decided to go back and try the tacos again. It must have been a fluke because the taco meal was excellent and the service was good. Thanks. I will be back!

Love this Jack in the box location. They seem to have their work down very well here. My order is always correct, and the weight is always very minimal. The food is usually top quality at this location. I recommend anyone on the north side of town to stop at this Jack in the box if they are hungry for breakfast lunch or dinner.

The gentleman that works the window overnight does a great job and seems to care about doing a great job, I work overnight, so my options are pretty limited but Im glad this location is always so quick, friendly, and accurate with the orders. Come here all the time and have had zero issues with any part of the service. The gentleman overnight is a real asset to have, hopefully they realize and recognize how good of a job he does compared to the regular service at many locations in town. I didn’t catch his name but he was the one working Monday into Tuesday about 1am but I have seen him many times and always does a great job
