One of the best McDonald's I've been to. You might have to wait a decent amount of time for your food but wouldn't say the wait is unreasonable, considering the food always tastes good and made fresh.

We ordered our food in advance on the weekend morning, when we arrived, our order was ready and brought out very quick.

I ordered through the app for curbside pickup. The customer service was good and fast. The food was delicious and hot. I ordered the double cheeseburger and fries. This is a convenient location to get food. I would return again. I recommend this location.

Big Mac meal was good, it was fresh and lots of fries, I ate in my car so no rating on the atmosphere, $10.00 for the meal is reasonable in this post COVID world with extreme prices.

Went to McDonalds on 19th ave and Southern in Phoenix AZ and Jose provided wonderful customer service to say the least he went above and beyond when not needed ! Thank you Jose and I hope your General Manager and upper management recognizes you for your wonderful customer service attention !

Excellent service I love coming to this McDonald's 24st and baseline never have what you ask for. Central and southern are slow. I love coming to 19 av and baseline McDonald's they are quick and the service are great 👍🏼

The cashier greeted me with a smile. I ordered my meal with no issues. All the employees where very attentive to the customers needs. Fountain area and ketchup area where clean. 🙂

I just heard them cheer in the back for something lol and they are slammed busy that’s cool. I’ve ordered like 100 McMuffins here with extra egg and they’ve only messed up like 1 order.

Wow major change in drive thru service, keep up the good job here!!! friendly staff at both windowsill with positive attitude too. I don’t recall both the ladies names but hands down to you girls with that awesome customer service :) especially in these tough times
