Very very good! A happy hour on Saturday, wow. Try the ninja jalepenos. Three different appetizers, a roll and an entree, saki bombers and wine, plus desert and still got out at about $60 with the tip. Nice small clean place!
I travel to CA regularly so sushi is always great there. Tried Ginban for the first time yesterday and have to say it was as good or better than most of the sushi I get in SoCal. Had the sashimi regular plate and it was a whole lot of awesomeness . Can't wait to go back.
Great sushi! Our favorite rolls are Pink Lady, Green Lady and Ginban. We also like the Ninja Jalepeno appetizer and house fried rice. Lunch and Happy Hour specials are excellent!
This place is great! Underrated for the quality of sushi they make! Don’t think twice, you’ve gotta try their food.
This restaurant was the most amazing experience. I came to check out this restaurant because I heard that the sushi chef paints pictures on the sides of the plate that can be a very colorful. So I just had to check it out and I must say, it did not disappoint. The dinning experience is over the top awesome here.
The floors are dark wood, the wall is a sparkly stone that you can see sparkle as you look around. I found this place very enchanting. I love the fish tank and the variety of fish in it.
The menu was filled with very enchanting names and descriptions. I wanted to try so many different things that I did not have time to try in one meal.
I chose the dancing dragon as my sushi of choice this evening. Look at my pictures isn't it beautiful? It tasted so divine.
At night the lights outside came on and there were these colorful star bursts of light flashing different colors like miniature firework explosions it was just so pretty.
I look forward to my next visit.
Really great sushi. I eneded up getting two apps, spicy tuna tartare and jalapeno tuna, with a side salad since I tend to judge places on simpler items and this place does not disappoint. The rolls were good too (shared). Honestly, not pricey when you consider and compare any other east coast sushi location and trying to get quality ingredients here. So for being in AZ, quality and service- 10 out of 10!!!!
This is our favorite sushi spot. The rolls are always well made and taste fresh and delicious. Our favorite is the scorpion roll but we also love spicy yellowtail, crunchy calamari and tootsie. The chicken teriyaki plate is also delicious but disclaimer, the teriyaki sauce is not as sweet as other places make it which I personally prefer. They always give great service as well. Definitely a hidden gem.
Ginban Sushi is a fun place to go with beautifully presented delicious food. The edible art painted with various sauces add an artistic touch to the dish. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on our date here with its comfortable and relaxing setting and attentive waiters.
Stopped in for a late dinner. Restaurant was beautiful clean and nice atmosphere. My sushi was delicious and fresh. The kids loved the fried noodles with chicken and veggies. The staff was so friendly and the food came very fast. I’ll definitely be stopping back in.

Absolutely fantastic! We arrived early and really didn't want to wait 30 mins for it to open but I'm so glad we did! Very clean and friendly! Spicy miso was so good we ordered one to bring home. Everything we had was very tasty.
Went here for happy hour and tried out three different menu items. The gyoza was delicious and I will definitely be back for more! I also got Salmon sashimi and a California roll. I will have to explore more of the menu but the gyoza will be a must order item for now on.

It’s definitely a hidden gem ! Came here with my family and needless to say even my kids loved it . The service was amazing and as well the food . Don’t sleep on this place . I’ll be back when I visit Arizona again !!
Was very quiet, friendly service and the sushi rolls were great. Squid salad was also decent.
Casual neighborhood place.. really good service with an excellent menu. Many sushi options, 🍣 On this Visit I went with the wonton soup and katsu chicken... both were excellent and ended up needing a take-home box! 😋😋😋

I have eatin sushi all over the USA for 30 years. Trust me this place is fresh and satifying. Try it you'll like it.
They also have a early and late happy hour with a nice selection of cocktails, sushi and desserts for 2 or 3 dollars.
The service was perfect, personal and accountable, which I can't say often. They are authentic and actually care about their cutomers satisfaction .
I never give a 5 so I gave my highest possible reccomendation for Japanese culinary perfection. You won't be disappointed.

Just discovered this awesome place today. The food was delicious (all of it), service was very friendly, atmosphere was pleasant, store was clean. Ginban doesn't draw much attention in terms of curbside appeal, but this place has a large, appealing menu and does all of the important things very well. The prices are also reasonable--you can get a Bento Box that has miso soup, salad, pot stickers, California roll, veggie tempura, and 2 other entree meats on top of that... I honestly feel like there were even more things on the plate... all for like $18. Very glad that this gem is in the neighborhood!!

One of the best sushi places we've been! The service is always great, waitresses friendly and the food is just spectacular! If you're a sushi lover it's a must visit spot!
