The lady doing the drive through is very friendly and helpful. Not to mention very beautiful too. She has been working there for 3 years. Her personality really shines and is a very good asset to the establishment
6/27/23 1100hrs. I ordered rice with two chicken breast, and no sauce. I received rice, one chicken breast and two sauce.
Jose was an absolute blessing to have as a server. Very polite and passionate. Absolutely deserves a promotion and is an incredible addition to the fast food service

Popped into the drive-thru for something sweet when the urge for breakfast struck. The Ultimate Breakfast sandwich with bacon, ham, egg, and cheese scratched that itch nicely! Went through the drive-thru. I got two 5pc nuggets with value fry and value drink, my girlfriend got a plain jumbo jack. The nuggets we're super fresh, and the wonderful cashier that took my order saved me money by suggesting me to get the nuggets kids meal + 5pc to get me the Fry's and drink a litt
Great it is wasn't for the homeless picking dirty blocking the drive thru or the kids hanging out in the parking lot blocking the road. I know its not Jack's fault but just a little info about the location of this one. Besides that it was fast and great food like always

All employees are great, only gave 4 stars on service because sometimes they close the drive thru at night despite having a sign and listed drive thru hours of 24/7.
The current morning manager is outstanding. You can tell that she struggles from time to time but she manages a good crew. The one time I did have a mistake she corrected it immediately it made things right. Believe it or not the food actually looks like it does on the menu

Service is always quick, my food has always been hot. Plus they've not made a mistake with my orders. This is my local jack so I go there quite a bit. Employees are always nice and friendly.
