I have been out of town for couple days. Today (MONDAY FEBRUARY 21 2022 around 7:20pm ) my youngest daughter called me and told me “mom is not feeling good daddy , can we get pizza?” I place an order online then called the store and ask this gentleman if he can add a message in the pizza box for me
Employees go above and beyond with Customer service always greet me by name when I walk in the door and my order is always ready.
The manager of Pizza Hut on 16th Street his name is and I can tell you one thing perfection and the manager was Anthony
Greeted with great customer service & the pizzas with the garlic bread were cooked well & very delicious!
The NY style pizza was a low price and an extra large size. Very good deal for the low cost.

It under new management by the name (mary jane ). My pizzas were great and customer services was on top of the line full of awesomeness... keep up the great job.
It was late at night so all the other pizza places were closed so I called Pizza Hut they have a drive-thru drove through got my pie was happy happy was nice and hot it was all good I think I ate the whole thing maybe a couple slices left anyways consistently good Pizza Hut
This pizza hut 🛖 is amazing and has come a long way! I give one million thumbs up to the new manager Kiyah because she is awesome! She went above and beyond to help me out.
I think you guys have come through 100 out of 100 times with dinner. I think maybe once out of the 100 it was late or something, and I got a free pizza coupon. But service is easy and on schedule and I appreciate that when I am hungry and need of a pizza. So pat yourself on the back for the good rev

Order online is frozen on tracker screen, it's passed the time it said and I call the 16th St location that always delivers to me and the number only ring
The manager was amazing the night I went in she actually was on a customer call the customer got angry for whatever reason and when she got off the phone she was still upbeat and joyful she actually made me laugh because she was just so chill and she even helped me pick out what to order on my pizza
I ordered the new Edge pizza, and truly enjoyed it. Ordering was easy on the website, the food arrived on time and in good condition. I had a birthday coupon, so I even got to enjoy some free cinnamon sticks.
