This is definitely one of the better McDonald's in the city!! I live close so it makes sense for me to go here but if I lived 5-10 miles I would still choose this one. Very fast and great customer service soda fountain is clean!

There was only one problem the fries, were a little "old" stale, but it seems to be a problem with all McDonald's overall. They just don't make the fries like they did in the old days.
The service was great. There was one gentleman who was on his game, "always busy", but he also made time for the needs of all customers.
The atmosphere was quaint and relaxing, the air conditioning was really cold, refreshing after coming out of the heat.
I would have given this store an overall rating of 5 stars, but for as long as I can remember the only reason I went to McDonalds was for the fresh salty fries, which is hard to find at any McDonalds.

Kid at the counter was super nice and the food was fresh. Restaurant was clean and quiet. I would come here again. We rarely eat fast food but it was a treat for my son.

Delicious breakfast. Extremely friendly guy named justin I believe took our order..he was funny and charismatic and lively. Food was served to us literally seconds after we paid and it was hot and FRESH. Crispy hash brown..fluffy pancakes..and the sausage and eggs were fresh and piping hot which made the cheeses melt perfectly. Great experience!

These days people with good work ethic and customer service skills is slim to none in fast food or retail. I had lunch at the 7th st and Bell rd location today with my daughter and Earline just blew me away. First of all she recommended a big Mac deal where we get a second item for one dollar so that saved me money and she help me save money in the app. When she wasn’t taking orders I watched her clean tables and the refreshments area. She greeted everyone that walked through the door. It’s rare to see people work hard with a good attitude so I wanted to acknowledge it. I hope she appreciated!

So apparently you can't write a bad review? Because this place sucks. The chick at the window had the worst attitude and not to mention they NEVER get my order right. Hire new staff who knows what the hell they are doing, and who don't treat their customers like dirt.

Went in and ordered 2 ice cream cones for my children who had just finished a swim meet in the area. I Had to ask the gentleman serving me, who was in a managers shirt, to wash his hands because he was mopping the floor when I walked in and then used keys to let someone into the restroom after taking my order. The man did not apologize for his unsanitary service and then proceeded to make faces while he washed his hands and then served my ice cream. He Did not say a word when handing over my cones. The other man in a manager shirt on duty witnessed it as well and avoided making eye contact with me. I kinda felt like the bad guy for asking him to wash his dirty hands. Terrible service.

If you come in to eat make sure Willie is the manager on duty. He is just awesome!!! He was doing a fabulous job & when he found out from my 4 year old that we had a recent tragedy in our family, he went above & beyond in fantastic customer service. Best service I have ever received at a Mcdonalds

I am 1000000% appalled not only by this location but this company. My husband and I went through there 2 weeks ago and ordered chicken juggets, to find them raw and cold when we got home. I immediately contacted the establishment and still haven't even revived ANY feedback. Thank GOSH I checked my food, as I'm 7 months pregnant and have no clue what kind of sickness I could have gotten from your "chicken"

Yesterday (05/02) my husband lost his wallet. Of course whoever found it decided to go around town shopping. They had MULTIPLE transactions at Shell Gas Station, 7/11, Safeway, Red-box, Mexican Food & McDonalds. While I'm on the phone with Chase Fraud Dep,my husband is going around to all these place where the card was used to see if anyone can give him any info. McDonald's manager shows my husband footage from the surveillant cameras & pointed out the 2 men who did it, gave my husband a duplicate of both of the receipts, apologized and even offered him free food. This was around 7:30am both of the transactions happened at 5:34am & 5:44am. This morning (05/03) I get up & check my bank account & there's a 3rd transaction on my account at 8:45am FROM MCDONALD's. I personally go to McDonald's & request a manager, this lil sarcastic lil butt hole Who claims to be a general manager at McDonald's states that he could help me. I told him what happened, he says " oh yes I do remember I was here yesterday " so I said great, so maybe you can help me understand what happened. You identified 2 thieves, who u are aware that have a lost debit card, you have my husband's phone number as well as mine, n if u see anything to please contact us. These 2 same people come back 1 hr after we speak with u, place a 3rd order with the same card. And you serve them with no problem. U know they are two thieves & those transactions are unauthorized why didn't you call the cops, why didn't you call us. His answer was... "Yes they were here, but at McDonald's we serve our customers no matter what, I am not law-enforcement you could go and call the cops" OKAY.. I know you are not law-enforcement because you're obviously standing behind a McDonald's register, what I thought you were was a decent human being, you know a man lost his wallet you know the people who have his card are walking around town using this man's money & you telling me You don't care that they are thieves & these are unauthorized transactions because you're a "General Manager for McDonald's & you are here to serve your customers no matter what." Now… I know that McDonald's is not law-enforcement, I know that I have to go through my bank in regards to these transactions, I know they have nothing to do with the card being lost, I know they can't control who goes in and out of their stores, and I know whether someone walks in there wrapped around a potato bag or Louis Vuitton shoes & a Gucci belt that your job is to provide customer service, what bothered me in all of this was this mans answer & attitude in so many words.. " yes I am a general manager for McDonald's yes i identify two thieves who are using a lost card not once, not twice but 3 times, I know who the card belongs to and I know these are not authorized charges but at the end of the you're a "General Manager for McDonald's & you are here to serve your customers no matter what. How are you going to say to someone? Now Mr. general Manager for McDonald's, if that was your card that was lost, & you know who the 2 thieves are & they go inside of your McDonald's & use your card, would you still provide them with the same great customer service? 3 times?
