I love the food. Especially the tacos. The 'carne asada loaded fries' were also good. The restaurant was clean and the employees were pleasant with friendly smiles. I can't wait to go there again.

Food was good. Longer wait timr due to very busy. Staff is ok. Make lots of mistakes in orders.

Went through drive thru. Service was excellent, employee at window was very nice, upbeat & friendly.
Is difficult when you don't have a car I experiment the bad experience to go at this place and not want brind the services only because I was walking,, was not costumers in line but still not service if you don't have a car after 8 pm
The neighborhood is dicey at best but the food is Jack and the box and this is what is appealing about Jack in the box...chain-wide consistency.
All I have is, they didn't know what soy sauce was, haha!
