Really delicious, best Italian ice cream and frozen custard ever. The frozen custard was both thick and smooth, and not too sweet. It reminded me of a thick whipped cream. If custard is happiness, it lives here. Met the owner. Kevin asked his recommendations had a wonderful layered custard with mango and vanilla and it was the most amazing it was there was no aftertaste. This was the custard I grew up with in the 70s and 80s with a taste of home.
Pretty great place. We got a few different items from here of the last few years and the quality is consistent. The people are nice and the store front is clean. Good place to stop in especially now that its the summer!

Italian ice is pretty good. Got mango and pins colada both were excellent. The custard isn’t very good though and tastes like thick cool whip

Great ices, wonderful customer service, they are happy to make things to order and provide catering for parties. They can handle large orders and are very accommodating. They keep the kosher certificates on file so feel free to ask them if you aren't sure if something is kosher. They have both dairy
We were welcomed the moment we walked in. We were then walked through all the flavors and options available. And we had our super delicious black cherry Italian ice within moments! Love this place!
Visit here and get cool with your favorite flavors or try a new one. I've had a change of mind based on a better experience. it appears as though they know the difference of one flavor to another... Thanks to a couple samples, my personal favorite is now a blood orange shaved ice.

If you've never been to Rita's what are you doing with your life? Italian ice made in house and the best frozen custard to be found. I drive across the city for it, Arcadia or Tatum and Bell. The service is fantastic.
This was my first time at Rita's. They were very friendly and helped me without hesitation. You can tell they enjoyed what they were doing. I will definitely be back with family and friends!! Oh, and the gelati was yummy!!
I have a very pleasant experience every single time I go in. I love the lemon ice! The store and the bathroom is always so clean! The employees are great ! I highly suggest Ritas at Arcadia when you've got a sweet tooth going on :)
