SO IT SAYS 5 YEARS SINCE MY LAST REVIEW. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT I ORDERED DELIVERY AND IT TOOK 2 N A HALF HOURS TO GET MY ORDER. AFTER WAITING SO LONG I ORDERED DOMINO'S ATE AND WENT TO BED. IM IN BED AND DELIVERY WAS HERE.I SEND HIM ON HIS WAY. SO SINCE THEN THEY REFUSED TO DELIVER TO ME LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT. TODAY OCT. 20TH 2023 I STOPPED BY TO GET A SLICE OF PIZZA AND WINGS. I MISSED THIS PIZZA AND LOVED THE WINGS. SO I CHANGED MY 1 STAR TO 5. GREAT LUNCH ..

As fate would have it, I had a FedEx package waiting for pickup when my food was scheduled to arrive. I had resigned myself to the fact that I would have to call someone over to collect the package on my behalf, which would have been an inconvenience for both parties involved. To my surprise, the delivery driver not only arrived promptly with my delicious meal but also kindly offered to pick up the FedEx package for me. This act of generosity and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. It saved me a considerable amount of time and effort, and for that, I am immensely grateful. Speaking of the food, I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was impeccable. Each dish was prepared with utmost care, resulting in a culinary delight that left my taste buds rejoicing. The quality of the ingredients and the expertise of your chefs were evident in every bite. I don't understand the negative reviews. This place is on point with quality. Every time I've gotten pizza or wings from here it's been outstanding. Absolutely outstanding Chicago style deep dish pizza, and the wings are on par or better quality with any wing place.. If you order from them through DoorDash they package their food with care. Every time. Leads me to believe some of these reviews may be dishonest. Thank you guys for outstanding food and service!

This was my first time ordering from Rosati’s. Initially my experience started out a bit bumpy due to a new employee. No one’s fault for it. Just a misunderstanding. What impressed was the company’s willingness to apologize and make it right. They went above and beyond in terms of service and the food tasted fantastic! I will definitely order from them again. I ordered their Chicago deep dish pizza, wings, and cannoli’s for dessert. All of it tasted great! Thank you for the excellent customer experience!

Friend brought me in. Ive never been, so I had no clue what to expect. The smells had me hooked instantly. After drooling over the menu, I decided to order the Chicken Parmigiana sandwich. We dined in by the way. I was very pleased with my choice! Only took about 10 minutes to receive our food. There wasnt one part of my sandwich I did not overly enjoy. The fries were amazing too! Definitely worth the money. Thank you! Ill be back!
