This is not your average Dairy Queen! It is more like a neighborhood gem with a focus on customer service. The staff is well trained by John, the owner and he and his family are usually at the restaurant, overseeing that it runs smoothly. The key to their success is that they never rush you and "listen" carefully to your order. If there's a problem, you'll get an apology and they will make it right! I wish Dairy Queen would "clone" this location and duplicate it throughout the country!

They have a cute little train connected to the ceiling that goes round and round, it's very cute! Service is great, the workers are very friendly and attentive. Surprisingly it's pretty quiet, no crying kids or loud customers. It's very clean, the workers were seen wiping everything down.

Love the food here. Also, staff has always been friendly and efficient. They have ever missed or gotten my order wrong here. Inside is clean and has a little train that goes above and around the store while you eat
