We enjoyed our food and time here, only small complaint would be the toast my mom ordered wasn't hot and she wasn't given any butter only jam. But we still enjoyed the food and our server was very nice.

Excellent service right from the started. Got seated quickly our server was right there once we were sat. Took our order quickly and the food was amazing. We never ran out of coffee either. When u get service like that it's the best experience!
A typical IHOP. Seems they changed the menu (it's just ok) but it's been a while since being there. Several kids as servers and it shows with service and attitude. Bathrooms are horrendously dirty. I think some gas stations are cleaner. There is even a sign that says do not flush the toilet paper. T
