Fiddler's Dream Coffee House - Phoenix - Photo album

I used to go there when it was New in 1987 or so... Folk music venue. Non alcoholic. Non acoustic. On the Quaker Church grounds. It hasn't changed in almost 30 yrs
I had a really enlightening experience while I was here. If you're looking to play music to work some stuff out or just enjoy music this isn't really the place for you. The guy that runs it is very rigid about rule following and free expression. I think that in this day and age if you're a club or g
This is a wonderful place to listen the Folk American Music, just for a low contribution and a cheap coffee cup, you can enjoy more than 15 musicians playing great instruments (many forgotten by the music industry).
My daughter & I had an excellent time tonight! Intimate & friendly venue that allows you to truly experience not only the music, but the musicians as well. Can't wait to head back soon!
Fun, low key place to watch or perform acoustic music. Good people, good vibes. This is not a 'coffee house' though, so don't come here if you are looking for a Mocha or anything but a generic pot of coffee that you would find at a roadside diner.
Unfortunately they are very stingy about their rules...its hard to be aware of them when none of the things that I was told were rules on the website...very strange atmosphere too.. definitely not what I would describe as chill or cool.
Best listening room in the area. Not a bar or restaurant. It's all about acoustic performance at this one-of-a-kind venue. Great open mic on Thursday nights.
It's not for everybody it's only for people that are uniquely qualified to understand what goes on there.
