Nice place and good food!
Good chain restaurant. The food tastes just find, all American fair. The meatloaf sandwich is really good and yet simple.
Here in the Phoenix area for business. Eating out gets old. Boston Market was a nice change of pace, with a feeling and taste of almost homemade; without going to a sit down restaurant. It was easy to order from their online app. My order was hot and ready for my pick up at the time they stated it would be ready. Tried the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts with bacon combo. Although the meatloaf doesn't look super appetizing, it was surprisingly good! Customer service was great too!
I love Boston Market but it’s probably just a matter of time before it closes. The one on 3rd St and Bell was closed down today. I’ll be really sad. It’s been a favorite for decades and I never had a bad experience that I can recall. Today the food at this location was awesome as usual. Tried the new Tuscan chicken and it was literally finger licking good!
The employees were very helpful and patient. The food was excellent. A/C was out, but it was being addressed. Workers apologized even though they were uncomfortable also. Fans were brought in for comfort, which I felt was above and beyond.
It doesn't matter what Boston market I go to the food is always 100% good.
The staff here are friendly even though I was making them wait to finish my order for a long time .... they never let me know that I was holding them up.. they just waited nicely and graciously. Without any negative vibes...
Went there lastnight to get a turkey dinner. 5 people were there to take the orders of all the people in line. So very pleasant and all orders were filled up to me and a few people behind me. Always a pleasure when I go there. Register had to reboot but no one panicked or got impatient. Great job.
I'm not going to give this store 1 star just because I'm upset with the company. They always give great customer service and I love the manager.
Boston Market, you should have advertised that you were getting rid of the ribs. You send an email for everything else. I went in there today to discover that you're no longer serving ribs. I didn't purchase anything.
Food is good, hot, and on time when I pick it up. Love the Turkey and Rotisserie Chicken white meat combo meal.
Boston Market is excellent. I traveled all the way to Phoenix, AZ from Las Vegas, NV to get Boston for Thanksgiving. It's to honor my deceased mother...Boston Market was her favorite restaurant. Excellent food and the employees are great.
Staff was friendly and helpful The food was good The parking was a bit confusing and had walk all the way around the building
We came at just the right time to be the only customers and the food was very good, fresh, and satisfying, for a better price than fast food or chain fried chicken places.
Very good food. Quality and quick. Limited drink options. Pricey - good food costs more. They give you a Saturday coupon, but they won't honor it with kids meals. Watch out for the vegetable side dishes, look closely at them before you ask for one. Sometimes they have been sitting there for hours!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FOOD AT BOSTON MARKET!!! The ONLY negative thing I have to say about Boston Market is you need more stores in the valley most importantly in the WEST valley like Surprise, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, Peoria. We will eat here more often if we're not required to drive 20 miles to get our food.
