Not going to lie, when I first pulled up I was not sure about eating here. But, reviews looked good so we tried it. I'm so glad we did. It's really good and service was great. Carne asada fries were amaing!
These burritos are the best burritos I have tasted in years! The tortillas are soft,fresh,and delicious. Not sure if the tortillas are made on sight;they certainly taste like they are.I recommend the carne asada burrito;add riceand beans. This place isn't a Filiburtos, or any other forgettable restaurant. Rolando's is a gem!
Have been going here since high school. The Rolando's breakfast burrito is arguably the BEST breakfast burrito in town PERIOD. Their red and green hot sauce is UNREAL. I usually buy a large thing of it to have later. Always fresh VERY CLEAN friendly staff and they make nothing until it's ordered.
If you've never been I suggest you do so and thank me later.
First time customer here. Let me say there are so many Mexican food places to choose from in Arizona and Rolando's is definitely my favorite so far! I got the Rolando's breakfast burrito (potato, bacon, egg, and cheese) and it was DELICIOUS and very hot. Not a long wait whatsoever and such a huge burrito. So filling, I ate half and took the rest home. They also have red and green sauce to use in convenient bottles. I would recommend using either. Green has a good taste and red has a little heat to it.
Chill place for a quick bite. They have a variety of combos or sides. The cashiers are usually friendly and service is fast. The food is always made to order and portions are great for the price. The kitchen is always clean as well as the lobby. One of our favorite places to eat at.
Amazing portions and tasty! Ordered Carne Asada tacos x 2 and couldn't finish it all. Authentic as it gets. Super friendly staff. A little sketch in the parking lot but worth the taste!
What a relief , a place that has great food. They have delicious breakfast burritos and their green and red sauce are fantastic . Just tried the machaca burrito last night and I wasn't disappointed. Those flour tortillas are thick ! Gotta be close to an 1/8" and it's wonderful . Everyone keeps saying the lady at the counter is having a bad day , but she is fine . She just doesn't seem to smile excessively but she's great . Ignore those people and give her a tip .
Doing a cross-country drive and Rolando's popped up as the best local Mexican near I-10 and boy were the reviews right! Huge portions of freshly made Mexican favorites. You can see the very clean kitchen as you're placing your order - definitely a must try if you're in the area!
My husband has been going here since he was in high school and I have since I met him and we love it!! They don't make the Chile rellenos the same as they use to (they are more breaded now) which is the only thing I don't like. But great service, love the food. Yummy Horchata❤️ Recommend to give it atleast a try.
It's seems mostly take out, the atmosphere is simple and quiet if you want to eat in. They make a really great chili relleno plate.

The best Mexican restaurant around. Order the Rolando’s breakfast burrito. The staff and chefs have been the same for years and it’s always consistent. Low prices keep it super affordable.
One of THE best places to eat! The tacos are just the right amount crunchy and are to die for! They were accompanied with the classic rice and beans. The cashier and cook wee friendly and had Spanish music playing in the back to wich they sang to and made the place cozy and made you feel trully a home! The place had a steady flow of people and the menu is big with the addition of pictures of the dishes provide. Definitely will come again! Folks bring friends and family to this location you can choose to dine in or take out.
My Gal and I went here because we were craving quick Mexican food. Decided on here based on the 4.5⭐/903 reviews GOOGLE ratings. I got the carne asada combo plate, and she got the shredded beef chimichanga combo plate. Extra pint of beans, extra red and green sauce. Was NOT disappointed. Will return, highly recommend. 👍🏻
I went to this place years ago and wow they have stepped up their game. The salsa is even better a little spicy and not watered down. Definitely will be back.
Go here for breakfast burritos. Rolando burrito is the best. Chorizo & egg burrito is great also. Best prices around.
My grandson took me to Rolando's for lunch. I really like carney asada burritos. But every time I order one, the meat is so tough and chewing, and I end up throwing it away. That is why I rarely order them. My grandson said he really liked their carney asada burritos, so I decided to try it. It was so good, the meat was tender and flavorful. I went back the next day and had another one, and it was just as good. You should try it.
LOVE their food. Best burritos, rice is awesome. I can't say enough about them.
