The staff was struggling with multiple orders and provided discounted service to first responders in uniform.
They still acted professionally and were kind. I felt bad because it looked like they were under staffed. I thought the staff handled themselves well.
Excellent! All the sides are very tasty and both the sweet and unsweetened tea were brewed the best of any place i’ve ever been!

First time here, delicious barbeque. Fantastic and friendly service. Only thing I was disappointed in was that the potato salad was commerciallly made. I will definetely be back though.
Fast , freindly, delicious every time sauces are great . Kids love free Ice cream lol .
It was our 1st time visiting this establishment. Upon entering, We were greeted nicely. Upon ordering, the young lady made sure we understood the menu and our selections. The "Q" was EXCELLENT, better than I expected. The sauces were amazing as well. We ordered our food to go. Next time, we'll dine in.
Took my dad and step mom here. They had a great time. It was delicious food & we were all happy.
I usually get the chicken. It is so tender and good. My dad got the ribs. They were fall off the bones ribs. My step mom got the brisk sandwich.
Seth and Cory definitely understand what customer service means. Their great at taking care of the customer. Friendly and great atmosphere.
Love this place,especially Tuesdays for free half rack of ribs. Everyday they have buy one sandwich & get one free. Love the brisket,the sausages,the creamed spinach,the beans,corn,Mac & cheese,potatoes,the tea is freshly homemade,Anthony the Mgr is great,as well as all servers,& Leslie is awesome as well

Oh my they are great! Manager was awesome. Thanks for your help with the special gift certificates that I had. Drove out of the way about 10 miles to 31st ave & Peoria location next to crumbl cookie. Bummer The location @75/bell rd closed but it's understandable! There was a only 1 drawn back. Not complaint but draw back at this location. They do not have the freestyle soda machine. So that meant no ginger ale with the BBQ pork sandwiches. t's ok. I had refreshing ice tea :)
The Mac & cheese is good. Really Good! I like the idea that they had other bbq sauce options behind the counter. Just ask.. sweet & original were available by the soda machine.
The speed was good.
Customer service was fantastic!
When I am around the area, which isn't often. I will just have to remember to come back.
Although I DECIDED not to have dessert that day. I can say thay the deserts are good especially the pecan pie.
They were very Busy when I got there at 11:05. They were getting busier when I left.
Everyone that was working told me " bye. Have a good day." Manager thanked me a few times for coming in.. that shows great customer service!

This food always makes me walk out in a food comma haha. Is always delicious no matter what location I visit the portions are filling and I can eat so that’s saying a lot 😋 the pricing I’ve found does differ from location I’m guessing because maybe there franchise. And they’re always clean and have a great play list of tunes! You won’t regret visiting any of there valley locations!
This afternoon was my husband and I's first time coming here to try their bbq and, let's say it is the best BBQ we have had since we moved back from Missouri. We where told about this place by one of their regular customers. The dinner roll was soft and delicious melt in your mouth kinda of food. Below are a couple of pictures of our meals today. Just wish the sides could have been a bigger serving. The sides we did have where delicious. Thier sweet and original bbq sauces are the best, they offer a hot spicy bbq sauce for those of you that like it spicy. Definitely will be going back plus they are located close to our home. Anyone looking for a good bbq place, Dickey's BBQ is the place!
I love coming here for their Wednesday daily special, the Westerner with pulled pork and polish sausage. The place is always clean and the staff friendly.
