Spartan Pita & Gryo

Ordered the Gyro Plate and Baklava. The plate includes salad, gyro meat, yellow rice with tomatoes and onion, a pita with hummus, and tzatziki sauce. Overall, I enjoyed all that I ordered. The salad was dressed appropriately, though I wish the vegetables had a slightly finer chop to them. The gyro meat was flavorful. I do wish the meat was shaved thinner to maintain more browning. I really enjoyed the hummus, and tzatziki both very enjoyable on their own and mixed with everything. The baklava started off really good and flaky. However after the four bites, it became a little overly sweet. I enjoyed the food that was ordered, and would consider coming back, if I lived in the area.

My daughter and I both agree, 👍👍 two thumbs up!! Some of the best food in the city. For a little tiny place with only a few tables to either sip on some tea while waiting for your food or feasting on the spot...wow and then some. The chicken kabobs are simply put, to die for. Right across from the Fry's grocery store. I can personally promise you'll love it ❤️🌹. They are really good at explaining what your ordering because it's authentic Greek and other Halal dishes. You're going to be pleased with the prices too. Mwah!!
