There is a very nice and heartwarming employee. He had conversations with us and gave us free water. Very good service from him. Overall he is a very nice person.
Ariana , the beautiful young lady working at starbucks has an amazing personality . Very friendly & she also makes my drinks to perfection every time . I work in the down town area & Ariana is the reason why i chose this star bucks location for my coffee !
Got a pretty good feel for this place as we frequented it every day during our short stay here in Phoenix and it was up-and-down, not necessarily something you desire from a franchise.
Everything was fully stocked, looking really nice and clean, the demeanor of the staff was very call and friendly! Provided excellent customer service!
Friendly, quick, and efficient staff. I got the toasted vanilla shaken expresso. Not crowded in this location because it connects to a giant hotel lobby!
The staff here is nice. I’ve lived down the street from this Starbucks for years. Just wish it was open later! They changed the hours, but I used to come here way more often.

The associates here are friendly and very helpful especially if you do not order coffee so often. I did notice that the tip jar is mostly empty and I hope people That visit this location keep in mind Associates in the coffee business do not get paid much hourly remember to tip you're good service.
