Edelweiss Biergarten - Phoenix - Photo album

Found this gem by doing a little searching around on Google, it’s essentially a German 🇩🇪 / Hungarian 🇭🇺 beer garden. Very nice atmosphere, the staff are super friendly, really awesome and authentic options on the menu, and the quality of the dishes is top tier! I love this place and will keep comin
This was the best experience I've had in a long time! The food was absolutely amazing. Huge portions, enough to split a meal. The sauerkraut is to die for! I could have eaten that for the meal. The chicken schnitzel is perfectly breaded. It came with amazing garlic sauce. This is definitely going t
Great, unassuming spot! Honestly wasn’t expecting it as it doesn’t look like much as you drive by. Get inside though and you’ll find a very chill atmosphere and some delicious food and beer!! I tried the original bratwurst and it was yummy! It comes sort of deconstructed which I actually really enj
Looking to try some German grub without a passport? Come on down to Edelweiss!!!! It's one of our favorite restaurants in north Phoenix. True to German and Hungarian culture with a beer garden feel. The beers are plenty (STRONGLY recommend the Schneider Aventinus weizen-eisbock, but carefully as
We decided to make the hour drive to check out Edelweiss for our 14th anniversary. The drive was worth it, as the food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. We had the Beef Stroganoff and Wienerschnitzel which were both very tasty. There are front and rear sections for seating and the atmos
I enjoyed this place. It is very close to any German experience. They offer 1L beer options, or 32oz for Americans, which is authentic European. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back. The service was good.
Went in here for lunch today, for the first time. Tried the stroganoff. The homemade noodles reminded me so much of the noodles mom used to make when I was a kid. Portions bigger than either of us could finish. Will definitely be back...
Great food, great beer, kind and friendly service and fun, laid back atmosphere. Entree portions are large and good value for the price. Advise paying the extra for the beer cheese with the pretzel/pretzel bits and as it’s some of the best I’ve ever had. It was our first time there but we will defin
The food here is super tasty, the beer selection is wide, and the atmosphere is pleasant. 10/10 will return here again!
We come here annually for my father's birthdays. He's 86!! We love it. The accordion player. The Xmas lights and tree. We absolutely love it all. And the food is always great.
I am not even sure where to begin with my review. This was my first experience with German and Hungarian cuisine and it was absolutely amazing. Our server was friendly and gave great recommendations for our drinks and food. The food quality and flavors were impressive, everything was hot and fresh.
We tried this place for a late lunch. I ordered the Hungarian Stew and my partner ordered Weiner Schnitzel. Both were very delicious. The restaurant as well as the restrooms were very clean. The service was was very good. We ordered Triple Berry Cake for dessert, which was extremely tasty. Cannot wa
I got the Hungarian sausage and my husband got the Kassler Kotelett pork sausage. They were both really flavorful! The sauerkraut side was sour just like I love it! The average plate is $16.95 but for Phoenix it’s well worth it.
Absolutely amazing from top to bottom. The bratwurst and sauerkraut were just amazing. Add to that a delicious Ayinger Celebrator to drink and you’re in for a real authentic European treat. Our service was amazing and the ambiance was delightful. There was even a dude playing polka and the volume wa
Cool place, authentic bites, good selection of German brew. Not the greatest neighborhood, but this building itself has lots of history.
Great ambience and good traditional German food. I had the pretzel and smoked sausage, both were very fresh and delicious. Parking can be an issue in the evening.
Very happy place. Loved the atmosphere. Complete with an accordion player who has a wide variety of songs. Imagine Johnny Cash singing I Walk the Line accompanied with an accordion player! The service was exceptional! The giant pretzel with beer cheese is a must order and had a good beer select
11/30/22: One of the best experiences with my bros. Recommended by a friend, this place was fantastic. I had the chicken brat and a pretzel with the cheese dip. Excellent service as well. You won’t regret your visit.
