Shogun Restaurant - Phoenix - Photo album

Was looking forward to trying this place out and was not disappointed. The establishment was well cleaned and tables were being wiped down. The food was excellent and the presentation was just as good; recommend the Shogun Roll. Would refer to anyone who enjoys sushi.
Long established Japanese style eaterie with sushi counter - Panko chicken has been the same quality for over 30 yrs as have the other items. Non pretentious restaurant. Good portions at a fair price. Remodeled with social distancing in mind. Still as good as always 👌
Portions were big. First time there, service was good. Food was tasty. No Samurai Steak available, only reason for a 4 star. The Las Vegas rolls were fantastic. We'll be back.
The sushi bar is great but a little thick than what I’m used to. The katsudon is great and soup and the cucumber salads are tasty.
This place is the oldest Japanese restaurant in Arizona. In classic Scottsdale. Must stop by - big portions of food, great staff - supper fun to bring friends and have a good time. They have everything you could imagine. I highly recommend this place for a good time.
Went here for my birthday was pleasantly surprised, the service was amazing and the food was both timely and delicious. Nikhil is one of the best waiters I’ve had and he genuinely made my birthday amazing. He was patient and very informative I will 100% be coming back.
Absolutely the best sushi 🍣 place ever!!! Be sure Sergio is working and a must order is the OMG!!! And after tasting one bite, you'll know why it's called that. Also, ask for Sergio's Big Johnson!! That's right!!! Both men and women will be returning for Sergio Big Johnson!!! I guarantee!!! You'll
Clean place to eat. Server was friendly and attentive. I wish the lunch specials menu had more sushi based items. Most of the lunch specials are salad based. If you want teriyaki and tempura type food, there’s something for you. I’m knocking off a star because the nigiri are HUGE. The fish and rice
Been going here for 12 years love the good and service is always on point
Passed this place many times and finally decided to give it a try. Amazing! Ahi tuna salad was just amazing! Big portion with dressing. I’m surely will try more of the menu.
Nikhil took care of us even though we were kind of inconsiderate. We showed up late and he took our orders in segments because we were all drunk. Sushi was fresh. Thank you so much!!!
Food and service was as fantastic it has Always has been. Been coming here since the late nineties. A good friend and his wife now run the restaurant. Some of the best sushi in town good prices high quality fish.
We ordered rainbow, yellowtail and surfer roll. The fish tasted fresh and delicious, the draft beer Sapporo were $1 which complete the experience! Very pleasant and good Staff.
Always a good time. They said sushi bar was closed but they let a few couples sit there after us. Bummer...great food though.
