Got here for a late night meal after a long flight. And not only was they open at 1am but they were extremely friendly, high energy and what an amazing experience. I had never had In-n-Out and to get such an amazing experience on a random Wednesday at 1am is simply superb. My phone died so I couldn’t take pictures but it was damn delicious and fulfilling food.

They have the large # of game dialed in.
It was close to closing and lots of people had tummy's rumbling. The line move very smoothly with a pre-order person (who was on point with my order) gets it done. Each associate was professional and knew how to keep things going as smooth as possible. They repeat you order to you so much you know it will be right. It was good and fast and much needed last evening

Was going to go thru the drive thru, but there was 30 cars in line, probably holiday shoppers, so I went inside and my order was taken immediately and there were only two other customers sifted. Happy Camper 😊

This is my favorite In-n-Out location in Phoenix! They consistently deliver quality food in a timely manner, and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this location for the food, but just as a warning: the drive in gets very full very quickly. The interior gets full as well, depending on what day you go in. I would recommend dining in or outside if you would like. Whether its eating there, in the car, or at home, I really enjoy this location. I've never had an erroneous order nor lacklaster food. Its always hot and cooked to order. Thank you for the amazing service and I plan on coming here again and again.

This was the quickest visit to In and Out I’ve ever experience. The workers here are way better than chik fil A and that saids a lot! The food is always 5 stars. I wish they had a signature chili to have chili burgers whenever the craving calls.

It lived up to the hype! We're from the East Coast and I wish they'd come over. Other chains can learn from them as far as service, appearance and a willingness to work. When the line thinned they would immediately go clean something, fill something and with a SMILE! What's that you ask?! Imagine that!

Decent burgers. Good prices. Fries are only okay. Shakes are pretty good, are made with really good ice cream. I don’t understand the hype, to be honest, as to why it constantly has a line, wrapping around the building and sneaking through the parking lot and sometimes out into the street. They’re not really THAT good to warrant a 30+ minute wait, but the price is reasonable for when I see the lines are short once in a great while. I just like going here when it’s packed especially when I have kids.
