Loved this place! Enjoyed a half rotisserie chicken with vegetable. Delicious! The ambience is great for having a night out with friends sitting inside at the bar or on the patio.
The staff was very friendly too. Well come back if I traveling again to Phoenix.
Mixed thoughts... Nice place and good menu options. My husband's chicken and broccoli could have both been cooked a lot longer even though I specifically asked for veggies to be cooked soft. Not much flavor in chicken. My salmon was perfectly cooked but oversalted. The roasted veggies were pretty hard and dry but tasty, maybe a little too burnt with some of it. There was one sliced veggie that I could not even poke with my fork or cut with the table knife at all. Mashed potatoes were very good. Clean restrooms. Cuban sandwich was very good. Prices were reasonable, good portions. Desserts and baked good were available also. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Great lunch with good company, friendly service, and fun atmosphere! Outdoor seating and upbeat music for the perfect ambiance. Outdoor patio was shaded and spacious too. Despite the thousands of people in town for our Juice Plus+ conference, they were able to accommodate us with quick, and extremely friendly service. They even refunded my friend's salad because she found a lady bug in it. They kindly explained that since their produce is all organic, they sometimes have critters, and then refunded my friend.
Fast service and VERY tasty food, coffee, and treats. The BBQ pulled pork sandwich was SUPERB. The meat tasted fresh, not rubbery or frozen like most places and the bread/bun tasted homemade. The fries are incredible- definitely homemade and not greasy. Not to mention, the perfect, cozy atmosphere. If I could change one thing, I'd add more simple/conventional items, i.e. a turkey sandwich or something for the picky eaters out there.
Love this place. Food is very good, try to get the pot pie if it’s still available, it is excellent! Good place to have lunch or dinner plus dessert and coffee or adult beverages. Loud but not too loud. Trendy place with fresh local food. Building is cool and has a retro warehouse feel to it but is modern. Sweet spot! Good place for a date night!
Really nice place, college vibe and atmosphere, I felt very hip. Service and quality of food/drinks is way better than what you would expect from a college-based place like this, I was really impressed. Everyone was kind and service was quick, food was delish, even during lunch rush. The nachos were really tasty and fully loaded (we had already eaten a few when I took the pic) and the pulled pork was sweet and tangy, but they have sriracha, tabasco and cholula if you wanted to add spice. Will be back to this spot if in the area!
Wholesome food at reasonable prices should be their ad line. I ordered a frittata which was just as good if I made it myself, with great ingredients that would make any cook proud. The atmosphere lends to a community gathering venue where servers bring out food once ordered, to your number which you display at your table. Friendly service and help yourself drinks make it worthwhile to stay and converse with friends long after you are served.
I am eager to try other whilesome menu items but I will be back for the frittata!
Simple and delicious. Clean food. Pan cooked salmon with lightly garlic mashed potatoes and the vegetable were very delicious. Shisito peppers, squash and Brussels sprouts for $19. Little more than i would spend for the environment, but good to share with another person if you want to eat light. Small pitcher of beer is more then enough for two to people.
Great locally owned cafe that is family friendly in downtown phoenix!!! They serving delicious farm fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is counter service, where you order from the front counter under the “order here” sign or order at the bar counter and YUMMY things are brought out to those that wait. Try the pot pie, it does sell out it’s that good. Friendly service and very attentive to customer needs. A staple in Downtown!
The food and ambience were absolutely perfect. We're both vegan and we're able to order off their menu as they had vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. A very chill and homey counter service restaurant that has super friendly staff and absolutely amazing food. Both on visual and taste the food was on point. I would highly recommend this for those looking for a quick easy meal, romantic dinner date, meet up with friends, or chill outdoor seating. We will be back for sure soon. Don't miss out on this downtown gem!
Solid venue, open concept and spacious. Great for small groups/studying/catching up with friends. The Cuban sandwich is bomb. Highly recommend.
Most dishes are $10-14 and portions are pretty big (the Cuban and fries filled me up completely).
Would return.
Great place to get fresh baked goods, coffee and other foods. Service and staff are very helpful and accommodating. Food is made fresh to order and very tasty.
Great cafe north of downtown, about ten minute walk. Food was good and fresh, filter coffee not so much. Vibe was hipster-ish, though not a bad thing. Music playlist was good indie stuff from Liz Phair through to Cocteau Twins. Definitely a good place to wind down from a heavy night on the craft beer.
87/10 recommend!!!✨
This is one of my fave spots in DT PHX!!! You literally cannot go wrong with anything on the menu!!
Pictured below is the AZ Burger with a side of sweet potato and an americano to pair!! 🤣
I’ll be returning very soon!!!!
Also! They’ve got an additional location in Tempe!!!✨😍🙏🏼
Happy eating!!✨💃🏼
It's a cute little place. If you've never been there before you kinda need instructions on what to do. We sat ourselves, had to get up and order and go grab your own drinks. We were only told this as different waiters came by and said it along passing. They had great food though.
Note: This rating is based purely on their apricot oatmeal cookies. They are delightful and a great snack for your day hike and just relaxing in a bench somewhere. They also seem healthier although they’re prob not. The place has a vibrant energy as well.
Large menu with good variety. Came in the early afternoon and some of us had breakfast food while others had lunch. I enjoyed the superfood salad with chicken. Delicious healthy bowl. Was a little expensive and the portions weren't huge, but was high quality food. First time I've ever visited a restaurant with complementary sparkling water on tap - very refreshing. Checked in with Yelp and got a free Cowgirl Cookie as well, which was delicious.
I love going here on the weekends. There is a farmer's market next door and they coffee, food, and atmosphere are great. They just need to work on their organization skills.
Garden fresh steamed veggies and poached eggs on a bed of quinoa. Nice Café mocha. Friend had more traditional bacon and eggs breakfast. Ordering and payment is at the counter with server bringing the food and beverage items other table. Saturday morning is a good time to stroll through the adjacent farmer's market, where a guitarist provides live entertainment.
