Went for the prime rib special. It was perfect. Real mashed potatoes and gravy a perfectly cooked prime rib. Can't wait to go back for the biscuits and gravy special.
I gotta give this place five stars. It's a newer built, nicer establishment with plenty of seating and lighting. I think it is truly family owned and operated. For breakfast the servings were very generous and the price left nothing to complain about. Everything was cooked perfect, and there were like flowers at every table. Service was fine for my table, but I did notice one local walking to the front to ask for more coffee.. maybe just because he's a local? I'll be back until they prove me otherwise, and if they do I'll update this review.
The Cook's Family Diner was the first place in 2009 when we moved in the area. Back then, my 2 young children,5 and 2, and myself dine in and were immediately fall in love with the homemade macaroni and cheese. The Friday Fish Fry and Steak special is a treat our family enjoys for special occasion because they are so good. Had brunch and coffee with a wonderful lady friend from church the passed summer and we both very much enjoy the selection
The food is great and Sue is attentive, efficient and personable.

I just felt in love with this place, is just AMAZING. Food is absolutely delicious and the prices are incredible low. Service is wonderful, every single person at the place was welcomed like home. Best hot chocolate and pumpkin pie I've ever had. I'm definitely coming back.
Great service and very good food. Prices very reasobable.
You want a home cooked meal? Come to Cook's Family Diner! We always go on Friday when they offer prime rib which I love. You won't be disappointed on portion sizes or quality. They offer homemade desserts and a variety of yummy pies (think French chocolate silk pie). Every time my mother-in-law comes up we always have breakfast at Cook's. Come hungry and leave happy!
